No line, easy to use and the ATM fees are reasonable

My 14-year-old son came into this branch by himself with his account number to make a cash deposit. I was shopping just down the street. He was told he could not make a cash deposit in his account without a Washington State drivers license. The teller refuse to accept his school identification. I came in to assist him and they still would not allow him to make a cash deposit in his account. They wanted me to go to a different bank and turn it into a money order or cashiers check and then bring it back for a deposit. They said unless he had a state issued identification card they would not allow him to deposit cash in his account. I asked to speak with the supervisor and they put us in the lobby. We waited 45 minutes until our meter ran out and no one came to get us to speak to the manager.

I usually end up with pretty good service when I visit this location. The tellers are very friendly, support staff is knowledgeable, and they are not afraid to drop a project to help you out. You are most definitely the priority when you are in the branch. My favorite person here is Alex. I have had several interactions about a refinance and he has been courteous and transparent the whole way through the process!
