Went in for the first time, two tellers and three people at desks. No greeting, hubby went to use the restroom, he is disabled and on a walker. Do you realize this branch has NO public restroom?? The manager said he would have to accompany my husband downstairs to the employee restroom when we pushed the issue. But FIRST, we would have to wait while he finished what he was doing on the computer! Mind you. . .we were the ONLY ones in the bank!! Chase considers us PRIVATE CLIENTS because we have a good amount of money invested with them. So that apparently means NOTHING in the way of customer service. The manager needs to go - he was very disrespectful to my disabled husband and even yelled something about "using the restroom" as we walked out. This branch is not in the least welcoming to their customers. They treated us like we shouldn't be there!

The branch is helpful and not very busy. But why does it feel and smell like a dentist office?

I went to open an account at this bank. When I got there, they told me they close at 5:00, and there was nobody there that could help me. It was 4:05.

I've banked at Chase for many, many years. Friendly staff. I love the fact they have a drive thru and are opened on Saturdays

This branch goes the extra mile in an attempt to keep wait times at a minimum. They use an all hands on deck approach....even the branch manager was working the teller window and drive thru a few weeks ago. Not all employees can work the windows but they greet and inquire if they can assist. My experiences have always been positive whether opening a new account or day to day banking needs. Even during these short staffing times they remain friendly and professional.

I've been banking with Chase for 10 years now and today I met Paige. I had some complicated issues at the bank with my car not their fault it was my own. A lovely teller named Paige greeted me and helped me more than she was supposed to she went out of her way to make sure I was helped and took care of me. I thank Chase and Paige for showing true customer service. My issue took some time cuz we had to talk to some people on the phone and when another person came up someone from the back would take the slack immediately nobody was waitingI've got to say it's just the best bank I've ever been in and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Would give them less if possible, they steal from innocent people and treat people like garbage! Worst company ever and no one should ever trust them with their money!!! Hope they feel good stealing from my grandma!

This is not a reflection of the workers here. They have always been helpful but the company in itself is an absolute mess. Let me tell you a story. I lost my debit card about three weeks ago, I called and tried to get a new one sent to me, since I live at a new address they made me change my address and then proceeded to tell me that I could not get a new card sent to me because they COULDNT VERIFY MY ADDRESS. So I had to drive 20+ miles to my nearest chase so I could go get a new card sent to me. OK alls good right? NO... They told me I could have access to my funds through apple pay but then when I tried to do it, it said "Please verify" so when I called again to get help they literally told me there was nothing they could do. So come two weeks later and my card is STILL NOT HERE. Ive called and called for help but all they can do is offer me nothing. I have bills to pay, I don't even have enough gas to make it to the bank to pull out more money FOR GAS. Thank you Chase, you've just lost a customer thats been with you for YEARS. Good Riddance.

There are always 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing that cannot help you do anything that cannot be done at an ATM. Anything else requires a "banker" and in spite of a half dozen desks there is only one banker, that might be there and you need to make an appointment to see. That's right, you must make an appointment to go to the bank for anything that cannot be done at the ATM.
