My SO had a check issued from his work, (due to a payroll mishap it was issued through their petty cash). Chase is the issuing bank. They wanted a $10 fee to cash it. Wouldn’t take his valid Driver’s license, wanted proof he works there. Then they decided it was fraudulent and stamped the back of it so it can’t be cashed anywhere else. It was $110, one hundred and ten dollars. Can’t speak for the bank itself but this branch is ridiculous.

I was at the walk up atm about ten minutes ago . 820 am when I left. While I was using the ATM I noticed this lady walking up. Right away I could tell she was opening the store and when she arrived to unlock the door I said good morning. She did not reply at all, complete silence. 🙃🤨🤔
I can only conclude it's the case of the Mondays. Oh wait no, it's friday! Maybe she didn't hear me?? Has to be that. It definitely couldn't be stuck up ness , assumptions based off scared emotions , stereotyping, prejudice or jumping to conclusions with out facts. No way right.
I leave the ATM once I was finished with my transaction . Once I get to and almost in my car the lady wants to appear at the door. She than glances at the ATM and straight face stares at me after. She does this while opening the door for her co woker who magically appeared out of nowhere.
She had to of been making sure her loyal customer completed their transaction properly and didn't leave an open active screen up. While in the process of doin so she had to of kindly been assisting her coworker get it the establishment.
She definitely couldn't of been eavesdropping, comfirming or wondering if I even did a transaction. No way right ? Or opening the door for her coworker probably for the first time ever since working together. Only out of fear , prejudice , stereotyping and assumptions. Not true care or concern.
Na. Maybe I'm the one jumping to conclusions. How would yal conclude that experience ?
Ps personal opinion, you do not have to follow these guidelines. But maybe if your that scared of being robbed by a guy at the ATM I suggest you do what your co worker did. STAY IN THE CAR UNTILL CULPRIT, I MEAN CUSTOMER , LEAVES ! . could of kept all your attitude and prejudice in the car and saved me the time. Here I am on Friday , NOT MONDAY, writing Google reviews like it's 2009.
Also don't judge when your high profile bank opens up only 30 minutes early like some burger joint. Anyways good morning if you didn't hear me. Bet you do now.

Met with an adviser as this location and she was great. Very transparent and professional. Helped me complete both things I came in for. Would recommend Kate and would utilize her services again in the future.

Accounts opened by Dorlene Cross - Branch Manager. Terrible customer service. She made a mistake when she opened our accounts and said there’s nothing she could about it. Terrible service for a Branch Manager to give.

I have been a Chase Bank customer longer than probably the teller that I just spoke to has been alive. I came in to open a second account. She told me that there was already one person ahead of me and only one person that does new accounts and they probably wouldn't be able to see me today. She did offer for me to do it on the mobile app, I don't want to do it on the mobile app I want a Bank customer service person to do it that's their job. Everything is gone digital and there's no face-to-face customer service anymore.

I’ve been with Chase Business for over 18 years before they became Chase. Came in for some unauthorized transactions and got the most rude service and I’ve been in this branch many times and never before been told to call the 800 number to clear up unauthorized transactions on the account … very rude. Time to venture to different branch to receive the proper service . AVOID!!!

I’ve gone in and ignored many times. Months ago I deposited a check that was flagged even though it was legit and had to wait 2-3 weeks for freeze to be lifted because of this branch location. Went in today for a simple military direct deposit form and was turned away by the teller to one of the bankers who just ignored me while I waited 20 mins. Never going back here again! Went to another chase branch and had my form filled in 10 minutes. Bad customer service and very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to your HQ about this!

Just terrible service all around. Tried to simply open a new account. The chase rep seemed clueless. Could not answer some pretty basic questions. After a few wasted minutes found out we would need to come back another day as they could not help us today. Just ridiculous. Last time I will be using this branch or even a Chase altogether

Usually this Chase Bank staff are fairly helpful. This week I had some business to do and when I walked in this young staffer, who seemed very nervous greeted people but the way he did it was nerve racking.

they dont know the first thing about finance. they cant open a simple trust. took 3 visits and they still cant get it right. don't trust them with your money.
