So far I like the customer service from this chevron location, they seem friendly, I usually come at night. Rarely ever go to conoco nearby anymore....maybe 1-5% for conoco now.

Rundown gas station, McDonald's is no longer there and Carwash is broken. Rude cashier that slams cash register and get's upset at his own mistakes running the cash register. Frequent homeless traffic. The place has clearly fallen apart from years past

Clean, well-lit, doesn't smell like a dive inside. Great for grabbing a snack to go. Friendly staff, too.

Very run down. Side of building is boarded up. Doesn’t feel like a place I would want to be after dark.

Let me tell you something about the people who own this gas station... they are amazing, they treat you how you treat them, if you are rude to them expect to be treated the same, I have never had an issue with anyone at this store, in fact quite the opposite.

We arrived in a snowy cold evening, and there was very little traffic. The gas station was well lit, and the self-service station clean! I like to arrive to gas stations free of litter, and no views of over-flowing trash cans! This is in a neighborhood and near grocery stores too.

Exactly as the last review said - I bought a car wash and the charge to my debit card was more than I selected at the wash. They won't answer the phone and won't return my calls when I leave a voicemail.

Dave at the counter of the gas station is quick to help and is friendly. The prices are fair, and I will be back. Probably just to see Dave.

I needed gas but suspected something else was wrong with my car; a very nice man who was actually working alone at that time offered to check all the fluids & then filled the coolant at no charge. It as extremely hot but he was so kind and professional. Kudos to Mike!

They overcharge your card at the car wash. For example, if you buy with a card for a $6 wash, your card will be charged $10.They never answer their phone. Ever. Nor will they return voicemails. Ever.

From the time I was 18, I've been driving back and forth between Eastern Montana and Western Washington, seeing family and friends and sailing, seeing the big city and trying not to embarrass the folks back home. For the most part, I succeeded, and I owe much of that success to my favorite gas station on the route. It's in Spokane, a town I also really like. The gas is a usual price, and the lot is as clean as it can be. The equipment/pumps were probably installed during the first Clinton Administration, and that's just fine with me; The 76 station a block away has all the newest and shiniest, but the one time I went there, it just seemed really.....sterile and non-descript. The Chevron station has character, earned with the bumps and bruises that come along with that. I like it.The convenience store is always packed with lots of stuff no one buys, and there's even the Smallest McDonald's On The Planet inside. So, nothing really special, except that it's just off Interstate 90, on 2nd Avenue (the Spokane version of Santa Monica Boulevard) and staffed with some of the friendliest people ever conceived on Prom Night. There's never a line for the pump (does everyone drive a Prius?? I don't! F150, Baby!), and although the store and McDonald's close at night, the pumps are open always. I wish it were open later at night, but because any weary traveler needing fuel would probably like to be welcome, if only for a few moments to buy fuel and get a snack. In this neighborhood, in this town, this Chevron could be the gas station version of Edward Hopper's painting, "Nighthawks At The Diner". Heck, I'm like one of the people in that iconic painting, and like them, I want coffee and a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie. There's nothing open 24/7 there, and people always need something when they're traveling. The whole operation is simple, honest and unpretentious. I like that. I think anyone would like that. There's a carwash, but I've never gone through it. Rumor has it that it's the portal to an alternate universe. I'm not going in there. If you do, let me know if you return, and what it was like there. And if you met Other Me, please tell me he is more polite than I am, or at least more patient with humans.Truly a good business with good people, The Little Chevron That Could; and my truck likes the fuel. Go there. And tell 'em Jeph sent you.
