I brought in some dresses to have cleaned. I asked if they would follow the instructions on the tag from the manufacturer for cleaning. They looked at me like I asked a stupid question and said of course. They also said because the dresses were beaded they would likely lose some beads. I figured how bad could it be if they wash inside out anyway (per manufacturer instructions). When I got them home after, they were missing so many beads that my seamstress couldn't even get all them done working on it for 8 hours. I usually will just wash these at home but thought they would do a better job than me. Do not bring anything beaded or with sequins to them. ESPECIALLY your wedding dress. They are more expensive than other places and don't take the time to properly care for your items.

I have been using this location (as well as the downtown one to have pillows washed every now and again) and really enjoy the customer service.
