Clear choice does not value their customers. After waiting 6+ months to have my taxes done I eventually had them done elsewhere. This is 6 months after they were due and all of my paperwork was dropped off a month ahead of time. *Which I had to pay late fees for. And after having my taxes done somewhere else I saved $1,200 because they had given me an “oddly wrong estimate” on how much I owed for the year? And on top of that they keep trying to charge me for doing my book keeping? (which I did not authorize) and I did myself might I ad. Since they had no info on my quarter how could they do my bookkeeping? Clear choice is very gamey and non-professional. If this type of run around is what they do to their customers you don’t deserve my business! And no I don’t want to talk to you, you’ve broken my trust.

Rosa is very knowledgeable and professional. Being an Enrolled Agent she can help me with all my tax needs. I have had my taxes done here for 5 years or more and never had any problems. Rosa is the greatest! I would be careful trusting these other reviews, Rosa does have a competitor who pays people to post false reviews. Very shady character.

The absolute WORST service ever! I took my taxes to them in February, we NEVER had a meeting to go over income, they NEVER returned ANY of my 15+ phone calls. They screwed off our business PPP loan so now we can't get that. Now it's the May 13th and they're trying to rush to push through incorrect paperwork. I'm fed up with these idiots, I have to take all my tax stuff to someone else 2 days before the deadline, because these people aren't even in the office to fix the stuff they messed up on! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I will NEVER recommend anyone to this business. HORRIBLE!

Have had Clear Choice doing my taxes for several years after one of the big tax companies messed my taxes up and would not stand behind there work. Clear Choice has done a very good job and always answered all my tax questions. Thanks Clear Choice for the grate job!!

Rosa is by far the most intelligent, helpful, kind and caring tax professional out there. She's an enrolled agent so there's really not a tax issue that she can't help you with. Her bookkeeping staff are all extremely capable and talented as well. If you want to get the best tax and bookkeeping services in Spokane you have found them at Clear Choice. very poor service. entered my daughter's w-2 wrong causing her family to he audited for fraud. months ago her tax refund was to be deposited... she filed in January.

I made an appointment two weeks ago to get my taxes done here and I arrived for my appointment 10mins early and the person I had my appointment with left me to wait 40mins in their lobby and was on a conference call about an employee issue. I left and am taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional!

I just wanted to mention the horrible customer service that I had to deal with on Monday December 9th 2019 when I called Clear Choice Tax services. I simply called to make an appointment to have my taxes done. I was embarrassed because I needed them done for the past 2 years. Little did this miserable woman know, but there were some major life events that prevented my Husband and I from being able to get our taxes done. She immediately took a very condescending voice asking me over and over for the past 2 years? Everything ended with "if you had done your taxes on time." I don't need that, and neither does anyone else asking for a service that is their damn job! I will let everyone that I know that their business will not be appreciated at Clear Choice Tax services in Spokane WA.This is just a simple reminder that you should NEVER talk down to someone or call them honey or sweetie it's absolutely disgusting. I want her to know that I took my business to Custom Tax in the Garland district and Carol is an absolute dream come true! She eased all of my stress and made it ao simple for us. So if anyone needs their taxes done, please go see Carol at Custom Tax in the Garland District.

A company I used to work for does their taxes through Clear Choice. My W2 got lost in the mail, so I went into Clear Choice after being told I could get a copy of the employer W2 they had on file for me. When I went in, there were two women in the office. I told them I was picking up a copy of my W2, and they asked my name. After I told them my name, one of the women asked me “You don't have a different last name?†I told her no, and she asked to see my I.D. After a couple minutes she handed me a folded paper and then I went home. Upon getting home and looking at the paper, I realized it was not my W2, but one of my old coworkers W2. After telling them my name and them seeing my I.D., they still managed to give me somebody else's paper which had their address and social security number on it. I went back and told them they gave me the wrong one, and the same woman said “This isn't your last name?†She then gave me the employers copy of my W2 without making a copy, which I'm pretty sure they're supposed to have on file.

Good evening, I was reviewing our businesses social media reviews and responded to them individually as I normally do... however, I was just informed that the review I responded too was an entity of your business. I understand their is animosity between you and my mother, the owner of the business, but since then, I personally, as well as our entire staff has gone out of our way to inform your clients and anyone looking for you, of your new business location and phone number, and ensure they know where you are. In fact I even came by your office and asked for a stack of business cards I could take to our office and give to your clients, as well as posted a large sign with your address on it in our window for the first year and a half of your new location. No matter the personal feelings towards one another, I'm sure you can agree, the clients and the successful meeting of their needs is the most important thing. We will continue to respect you, your business and your clients, and continue to direct any one looking to your business. We would appreciate the same respect.
