We had the most pleasant experience purchasing our RV. Aaron greeted us with a smile and showed us around the lot. He gave us space to explore our options and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. General manager worked along with our budget and got us a!great deal. It was overall a great experience! When you arrive at Clickit rv make sure to ask for Aaron. He went all out to assist us in finding the right RV. He patiently worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and it met all of our needs. He is thorough in setting up the best package and gets the most for his customers. Aaron definitely made our buying experience a pleasurable one and I highly recommend him. First rate guy!

I bought my first RV at Clickit and it was time for a bigger RV, and Aaron was my sales representative. He took his time with me and showed me a lot of motorhomes. And he went through each, and every motorhome that he showed me and told me all about it. And Aaron answered. All of my questions. Aaron is a very good sales representative, and I will use him again. Thank you so much Aaron for all the work that you have put into this with me.

I purchased a pop-up trailer for my grandson. Aaron, was our sales representative. He used his vast knowledge to answer any questions or concerns that we had and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. We then went to pick up our pop-up trailer from the service department where Wax, Kevin, Tasha, Haley and Emily all helped us. They made that pop up look amazing they also replaced the butane a brand new battery they just went out of their way for us they treated us like family. Kevin an Emily walked us through answered all our concerns. Tony in parts made sure we got everything we needed and took the time to explain why! Tasha helped us learn how to put the rig on the truck properly. I can tell you that this is the first time I've spent money and I have not had one ounce of buyer's remorse. The whole team including Paul in finance we're just amazing and I'm so thankful that we chose to go there. Thank you click it RV for an amazing experience from the sale to the pick up time.

Ryan the sales manager in a text assured me that " everything works..guaranteed " (and it went through a complete inspection by their team) on the RV that I was buying. He lied to me. A approximately $15000 lie. That's what I ended putting into it to fix everything. Next stop small claims court and a consumer fraud lawsuit. My lawyer in Spokane has told me that I have an excellent case. DO NOT BUY FROM CLICKIT RV. They will lie to make a sale. IMHO.

Ryan was our sales man! No pressure, very knowledgeable about different rv manufacturers! Emily did our walk thru when we picked it up a week later! Kevin the service manager also meet with us! We bought a 7 year old unit! They had it cleaned inside and out! Everything works as it should! I didn’t ask but they put new battery’s (2) in it! Not cheap ones either they were interstate battery’s! Meet with Tony in parts as they have us a $50 part coupon! Everyone we dealt with was very well trained, educated in their trade and very professional kind and caring! I’m a hard person to impress and have owned and purchased many rv’s in my lifetime!! I would highly recommend click it on Newport highway just south of Costco. Ask for Ryan to show ya around!

This place and the people are an absolute delight! Every single person I talked to were very polite and nice from the salesman to the service department! This was our first time buying a 5th wheel and these amazing people made it so easy! They were very informative, answered all my questions thoroughly, and were there every step of the way with a smile on thier faces! If you are looking for a new or pre-owned trailer, 5th wheel or rv I definately recommend going to see these people you won't be sorry! Thanks click it!

Extremely pushy tried too sell me a car with a back up camera that did not work when i asked if they could fix it they said yes, then after i gave them the money for the car they said thw car doesn’t actually have a back up camera even tho theres one on the trunk and then they said it not factory and after market so I googled the name of the car audi a6 2012 premium plus and it did in fact come with one keep in mind they tried using the back up camera to haggle the whole deal too shady, take your business else where, not only did they lie there extremely pushy and rude

TURN AROUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!They do not follow through on promises or verbal agreements and they scam you in the contract. Read the complete contract, do not let them rush you into a sale.Find better people to give your money to.
