We worked with Collin Ronan...who is absolutely wonderful!! The staff were all polite, professional and upbeat. Only problem we had was parts...but nothing major. Just the "fluff".

I’m a full time traveling in the area from Missouri. I called for warranty repair on my tongue jack. Was asked if I purchased my camper from them. I said no because I’m from Missouri. They refused to do warranty repairs because I didn’t buy from them. That is their right and I do understand the reasoning for local folks, but not someone traveling through that has an issue. Since I was referred to them by the manufacturer, I did call the manufacturer back to let them know that I was refused service.

Please note this is the 2nd RV my wife and I purchased from Click-it. Our first review was a 2 star due to the poor customer service we received from the service department. We decided to give them a second chance. The sales department was great to work with which is why we decided to purchase another RV from them. BIG MISTAKE!! THE COST TO REPAIR THE ROOF WAS OVER $12,500.00.
The E-mail below was sent to the service manager on 11/11/2021 a little over 2 years at purchasing this RV from them.
Good afternoon Wax,
Thank you for sharing the service records for our 2019 Forest River Heritage Glenn 34RL. Unfortunately, the RV developed some water leaks at the window in the bathroom, window in the hallway, and through the bathroom MaxxAir vent opening. The leaks appear to have been happening since the MaxxAir Vent was installed by Clickit RV when we purchased the RV May 2019. I say this because of the diagnosis of where the water is entering, the extent of the damage, as well as a comment made by Steve when I was dropping off the RV around April 2020 for some repairs and a yearly inspection. During service reception, Steve performed a walkaround inspection of the RV. He also climbed on the roof to inspect. While he was standing on the area of damage, he made a comment. He said, “It sure is squishy up here”. At the time, not knowing the flexibility of RV roofs I didn’t think anything of it.
A few times over the first two (2) years of ownership I would notice water had run down the wall below the window in the bathroom. I just thought I must have not closed the window fully, wiped down the walls and made sure the window was closed and secure. Also a few times after returning to the RV after it had been sitting unused, a small puddle of water on the floor near the window in the hallway. I inspected the window for water but never found any signs of a leak. Most recently during every rain event there was water leaking from the MaxxAir and water leaking in at the top center of the hallway window. When the water began leaking in at the bathroom vent it became clear the water intrusion from the windows and bathroom vent are all coming from where the MaxxAir vent seals at the roof membrane. The windows and bathroom vent are all in line across the roof of the RV.
Unable to bring the RV to Clickit RV for inspection and repairs I scheduled an appointment at Maple Grove RV Sales and Service to have the leak as well as other items diagnosed and repaired. Maple Grove inspected the roof and found the source of the leak where the MaxxAir vent seals at the roof membrane due to it not being sealed properly during installation. The next step was removing the roof membrane to inspect the roof deck. They removed the roof membrane and found extensive water damage to the roof decking around the bathroom vent. The damage extends to both the left and right edges of the roof. I’ve attached photos for you and your management staff review.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
To this day I have not received a call from anyone at Click-it RV.

As soon as you sign, you are no longer a valued customer. The communication was probably the most upsetting. Basic customer service is lacking at the front desk and follow through with clients throughout their experience. Work was done on our RV without notice, prices had changed on the work that was done. Detailing was minimal and not thorough. Our walk through was rushed due to the store closing but Emily did an amazing job answering all our questions anyway. We love our RV but I wish we would have looked around more and not bought at their show. I just wish this review could have been different but even after stressing my concerns things did not get better. I will say that Brian, Emily, Lisa and Kevin were the best part of our experience. The review would have been what it is without these amazing people. The basics of customer service is all it takes to make people feel at ease and listened to. Maybe training will take place and this will change for future customers. I really hope that is the case because there are some great staff at this location.

We bought our RV last year in April. Saw the model we wanted on the website at the Click It in Tri-cities. The salesman here called, said it was available and it was brand new. It was on the site as brand new. We bought it sight unseen (our mistake, and will never do again) but we trusted what they were saying and selling. Anyhow... bought in April. They said it would be delivered to the Click-It here in Spokane within a week. 3 weeks later, it shows up. We get a call saying the large front window had been cracked in transit and they needed to replace it but it was something that had to go through warranty and would take a few more weeks to get it replaced. A month later, still no RV. Kept calling and they would say it's on back order or they just haven't gotten to it yet. So now we are at the end of May. We have a camping trip planned with our new RV in June. They say it'll be ready by then... it wasn't. We finally got to pick it up the beginning of July. We showed up at the dealership to get it. They do the walk around with us. Mind you, this is the first time we've seen the RV. We are looking at the RV and found that it was definitely not new. There were cracks in the wheel well plastics, screws missing, a hole in the awning, the thermostat didn't work and had to be replaced, the heating element for the hot water tank had to be replaced, there was a leak under the sink, the parking lights were out on the back of the RV, scuffs on the walls. Funny thing was, the lady who was showing us around the RV said that it was a used model. When we asked her to clarify she backtracked and said that it was her mistake after talking to one of the salesmen. Of course, we have to take then at their word and at this point we've already made 2 payments on the thing. Can't just give it back and get our large down payment back. Needless to say, it was heartbreaking. We told them what they needed to fix, they said they'd fix it and deliver it to us the next day. It was dropped off at our house with not even half of those things fixed. The way they fixed some if these things was with an extra thick layer of caulking rather than replace anything. It looks terrible. We had another camping trip planned the following week and didn't want to cancel again and take it back in because who knows how long it would take. We took it on the trip and found a leak in the shower, the leak in the sink hadn't been fixed, hole in awning still not fixed. As a previous RV owner, I know there are issues with RVs but this was ridiculous and the "warranty" we were issued didn't cover half of it. Everytime we go to use something, it wont work so we have to troubleshoot it. We have had to replace several mechanical parts and we are told they are "wore out", not sure how as it has never been used before. The dealership never stepped up to make things right. Terrible experience. I will never buy another thing from that dealership and I would be wary when they say something is new and has NEVER been used before.

The camper is exactly what I wanted and the price was fair. I am writing this review after owning our camper for a few years now. When my husband left the lot after picking up the camper he made it near the center of the city and the camper popped off of the hitch. Click it inspected the camper and our hitch before he left with our new camper, but the inspection wasn't conducted up to par. The camper lift was damaged along with my chrome bumper. They replaced the camper lift, and I was out $400 on a new bumper. Lovely. We have since taken the camper on several cross country trips and thankfully we no longer have to call Spokompton home. Anyway, the tire exploded today and we had the spare tire still on the back of the camper with the Clickit RV cover on it. Well, they didn't check the tire either. The rim on the spare was for 6 lugs and the camper is a 5 lug rim. Go figure. After hours of the nicest Texas cop helping us we finally got the right tire with the right rim.

Researched new RVs all over the Spokane area. Broke down with our motorhome and wanted to purchase a brand new one and found this dealership to be honest great no pressure people got a good deal on a nice unit very happy and pleased. If we need anything else, we would definitely come back to this dealership. Kelly was our sales guy. He was excellent to deal with made the process easy and smooth.

Very unfair trade practices. We traded our class A motorhome for a class C. Our class A had nada appraisal 8 months earlier and the value was $79998. They told us our motorhome nada came back at $36,000 and they wanted to give us $30,000 as a trade. These crooks said our motorhome decreased in value $44,000 in 8 months.
