Stellar experience! Tim walked us through the purchase process with no pressure. He took the time to ask questions and really listen to ensure that we were getting a fifth wheel that met our needs without over-taxing our truck or our finances.
10 out of 10, recommend ClickIt RV as a first stop to friends and family looking for any kind of RV, new or used.

Do not shop here! We have an unlicensed and untitled RV they sold us in July of 2025 and we still do not have title and can’t register or drive the vehicle
We have called over 10 times and no one has called us back
This company will scam you, buyer beware!!!

I am overwhelmed with the compassion and genuine concern from Tony and Lil Bear in the parts department. I needed a heated RV hose and am on a pretty tight fixed income and was amazed how Tony came through for me. His kindness, professionalism and knowledgeable actions in finding me what I needed was amazing and cost was well within my budget. He went above and way beyond to make sure I, being a first time RV owner, knew what to do and all the information in use and maintenance.
Thank you Tony for everything! You saved me!!
Clicikt RV is #1, location Newport Highway, Spokane Washington! Sincerely, Julie Azzarello

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
They share your information across all businesses they own.
They tried to use my credit to qualify a person with a similar name, one letter off, to qualify her for a car. I got 3 credit denial letters because banks caught them. The bank recognized the spelling error and denied it... thankfully.
This was at a dealership they own i have never bought from.
I called nassar Mohamed, the sales rep that was linked to it, and was blown off. Ohhh, oopsey doopsey!
They had my info because I bought a trailer from Clickit rv 3yrs ago.
They are supposed to delete info after 30 days. They apparently do not!!!!!
Do not buy from Click it RV or Mitsubishi Spokane!!!!

I just signed on the dotted line! Tim Johnson helped us find the perfect RV. He didn’t push or rush us to make the deal. Very patient. The manager Chris worked his magic and made it all happen for us. Click it RV in Spokane is the place to go!

I’m a full time traveling in the area from Missouri. I called for warranty repair on my tongue jack. Was asked if I purchased my camper from them. I said no because I’m from Missouri. They refused to do warranty repairs because I didn’t buy from them. That is their right and I do understand the reasoning for local folks, but not someone traveling through that has an issue. Since I was referred to them by the manufacturer, I did call the manufacturer back to let them know that I was refused service.

Please note this is the 2nd RV my wife and I purchased from Click-it. Our first review was a 2 star due to the poor customer service we received from the service department. We decided to give them a second chance. The sales department was great to work with which is why we decided to purchase another RV from them. BIG MISTAKE!! THE COST TO REPAIR THE ROOF WAS OVER $12,500.00.
The E-mail below was sent to the service manager on 11/11/2021 a little over 2 years at purchasing this RV from them.
Good afternoon Wax,
Thank you for sharing the service records for our 2019 Forest River Heritage Glenn 34RL. Unfortunately, the RV developed some water leaks at the window in the bathroom, window in the hallway, and through the bathroom MaxxAir vent opening. The leaks appear to have been happening since the MaxxAir Vent was installed by Clickit RV when we purchased the RV May 2019. I say this because of the diagnosis of where the water is entering, the extent of the damage, as well as a comment made by Steve when I was dropping off the RV around April 2020 for some repairs and a yearly inspection. During service reception, Steve performed a walkaround inspection of the RV. He also climbed on the roof to inspect. While he was standing on the area of damage, he made a comment. He said, “It sure is squishy up here”. At the time, not knowing the flexibility of RV roofs I didn’t think anything of it.
A few times over the first two (2) years of ownership I would notice water had run down the wall below the window in the bathroom. I just thought I must have not closed the window fully, wiped down the walls and made sure the window was closed and secure. Also a few times after returning to the RV after it had been sitting unused, a small puddle of water on the floor near the window in the hallway. I inspected the window for water but never found any signs of a leak. Most recently during every rain event there was water leaking from the MaxxAir and water leaking in at the top center of the hallway window. When the water began leaking in at the bathroom vent it became clear the water intrusion from the windows and bathroom vent are all coming from where the MaxxAir vent seals at the roof membrane. The windows and bathroom vent are all in line across the roof of the RV.
Unable to bring the RV to Clickit RV for inspection and repairs I scheduled an appointment at Maple Grove RV Sales and Service to have the leak as well as other items diagnosed and repaired. Maple Grove inspected the roof and found the source of the leak where the MaxxAir vent seals at the roof membrane due to it not being sealed properly during installation. The next step was removing the roof membrane to inspect the roof deck. They removed the roof membrane and found extensive water damage to the roof decking around the bathroom vent. The damage extends to both the left and right edges of the roof. I’ve attached photos for you and your management staff review.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
To this day I have not received a call from anyone at Click-it RV.

As soon as you sign, you are no longer a valued customer. The communication was probably the most upsetting. Basic customer service is lacking at the front desk and follow through with clients throughout their experience. Work was done on our RV without notice, prices had changed on the work that was done. Detailing was minimal and not thorough. Our walk through was rushed due to the store closing but Emily did an amazing job answering all our questions anyway. We love our RV but I wish we would have looked around more and not bought at their show. I just wish this review could have been different but even after stressing my concerns things did not get better. I will say that Brian, Emily, Lisa and Kevin were the best part of our experience. The review would have been what it is without these amazing people. The basics of customer service is all it takes to make people feel at ease and listened to. Maybe training will take place and this will change for future customers. I really hope that is the case because there are some great staff at this location.
