Absolutely the worst and slowest pharmacy I've ever used. Consistently can be relied upon to have unreasonable waits and employees who are slow and detached.

This Albertson's gets my A+ Covid score. The employees have their masks on and their masks are actually covering their mouth and noses. The team includes people cleaning and disinfecting different areas of the store. A staff member was at the front making sure the shopping carts were clean. There are directions and arrows throughout the store to ensure one-way traffic. Few businesses have this attention to detail and I will continue to shop at this location. I also commend them on the broad range of hours that they are open. I come in between 6 and 7 AM and I'm able to shop with very little social distancing issues. Nice job Albertsons.

Watch your receipts people!! Yesterday there were 2 items that did not properly ring up: a $6.99 item on sale for $3.99, and a $4.29 item on sale for $2.99. That's $4.30 total. Other Savings for U prices DID ring up correctly. This has happened repeatedly to me over the last 3-4 months. When I point out the error, they refund me the difference. But it's up to me to check their work and the receipts are confusing as heck. I asked them if they would put up a sign by those two items so that customers know those items ARE NOT GIVING THE SALE PRICE AT CHECKOUT. They said no, because they never know when it's going to happen. If they can't trust their computer system, I definitely don't. No more shopping at Albertson's. Rosauers, Super 1, Safeway, and Fred Meyer are all equidistant to my house and they have better produce anyway. If I can't trust them to be accurate on checkout, I can't shop there.

On 57th in Spokane. If you live in this area and you live south of 57th, then this is your closest grocery store and your next closest is on 29th. Albertsons is one of the largest grocery chains so wherever you are in USA you can probably find one of these. On the whole they are all fairly similar with little to distinguish Albertsons from Safeway. This store has a good sized parking lot. No gas station attached. Pharmacy usually doesn't have any line. Produce section is usually well stocked. Organic selection is quite good. Fairly good ethnic food section. Overall, you'll get what you need here at a reasonable price.

I think the employees have to take an oath to be nasty to customers. Not very kind when you need help. How I wish I was back where there so many more options to shop that were close. A smile might help the attitude.

This is a convenient grocery store on the South Hill. If you shop their coupons, the prices are very competitive, particularly the Just For You ones. However, you have to be vigilant at the check out and watch the prices carefully because not all things ring up correctly when on sale! Plus, the seafood department always has a rather unusual smell (just different from what I would think should be there). Since Albertsons merged(?) with Safeway, you can use either app to load the coupons. Did I mention that I hate coupons? But to get the deals here, you gotta use them.

I end up coming here a lot even though I've got a Safeway and Rosauers within blocks of my house. It's more expensive but the selection and service are better than average. The shopping experience is typically relaxed and pleasant, and the store is clean and orderly.

"My" grocery store. I know where everything I want is located. Staff is super friendly. When they say they intend to keep the restrooms clean, they do just that. That's kind of my standard for everything-- If restrooms are clean, that's a big indicator that the store is operated at the appropriately high standard. I see the manager almost every time I go there. He's working, interacting with customers and staff, and checking things out. That's my kind of guy!

We used to live near this Albertsons when we lived in Spokane, what a joke. Every summer, they had this instant win game, and I won $2 instant cash, so I went in there to redeem 1 day, and they said, I didn't win money, I won $2 off the bill. I had to get to work, so I bought a items and left, turns out they were wrong, and it is actually illegal to do what they did. The manager of the store, according to several employees that used to bad mouth him at the check stand, used to work 4 days a week, never a full day, so he could go off and golf. The checkers had no idea how to ring up sales, handle coupons, poorly trained staff led by a poorly trained manager. This place was constantly running out of items, no matter day of the week it was. One time, there was an employee talking about stuffing chocolate down her pants on the floor, I gave a description to a supervisor, they did nothing. Dirty bathrooms, lazy employees, truly the bottom of the barrel of that awful place called Spokane. Also, I found a piece of plastic in a donut, so I brought what was left of it to the store, and Willie laughed and asked why did I eat the donut? The plastic was discovered as I was almost finished, avoid at all costs.

Why pay someone to swap currency when you can do it for free

Very friendly staff, Clean store, good selection. That's too bad they had to remove self checkout lines because of low lives thieves.
