I'll start by saying Chris was amazing, I was able to contact him through the process even though it wasn't his job to do so. Other than that having moved more times than I can count over the years... This was the worst I've experienced by far! The driver wanted to do everything on his own (both sides of the move) which is why so much stuff broke, not to mention the property damage which they are basically refusing to repair or pay for! It was a mistake to say the least choosing this company, should have stayed with Mayflower.

Had an amazing experience for my ETS with coleman. Shout out to Rafael, Clint, and Manny. They made the experience smooth and easy. Did a clean, proper, and fast job.

Best move ever, and I've moved a lot, including overseas and CONUS moves. This organization, top to bottom, is the most professional I've ever worked with.
First, the preparation: Cara was able to do a virtual inventory on my schedule, and immediately presented a binding estimate. That estimate became the quote--you know immediately how much to budget for the move.
Schedule for pickup and delivery: I was able to dictate my needs, and they came through on the date/time on both ends. This takes off a HUGE amount of stress because I was able to schedule hotels on both ends, certain of my dates. Just superb.
The movers: Kevin, the driver, helped load on one end and unload on the other. He knew my goods, and he ran the show like the consummate pro he is. He drove the truck from delivery to pickup.
Hired help: additional loaders/unloaders were hired on either end, one man each side. Both was super professional and hard working, on each end they worked hard to get my goods loaded and unloaded quickly, placed where I wanted in my new apartment.
Price: very competitive, and you know exactly how much it will cost from the moment you touch base with them. It was worth every cent.
Customer service: regular texts, emails, phone calls throughout the process kept me informed. I knew how to get in touch if I needed to, and could contact my driver or anyone in the office immediately if I needed to. Best customer service you'll find in the industry.
USE THIS ORGANIZATION. IT'S TOP TO BOTTOM THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

I moved from Idaho to California in December 2024 and Coleman Worldwide Moving did an excellent job. Everyone was positive, friendly and professional. I would DEFINITELY use them again in my next move!!

These folks really pulled it off for me. We got a quick sale in our house and had they not been able to move us out. We would’ve had a big problem. They did wonderful job
Cara and Brittany were wonderful. The driver Christian and his crew did an excellent job
Only thing I might suggest is because they were able to provide the packing. We used an outside packing company and they were a little bit remiss in labeling and we’re having a hard hard time finding things put them away so my suggestion would be to use Allied Packers. I’m sure that they would do a better job. I’ve used Allied three times now and I think they’re the best company out there going and Coleman was superb and handling our kind of a crisis move.

Chris and Raphael, the actual movers, were excellent; they were very professional and hard workers. The estimate process via me pointing my phone around with FaceTime proved highly inaccurate. I was less than happy with the communication as well with scheduling. Overall I’d use them again though, moving is just never fun.

From the beginning to the very end, the entire process was easy, efficient and handled professionally. The entire staff, from the move consultant to the moving staff, was wonderful. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Coleman Worldwide Moving.

From the estimate to the final box, this move was so smooth. Chris and Rafael were great! They securely wrapped all my furniture with blankets and were conscientious about loading and unloading. I received calls throughout the process to check on the progress, too. I would highly recommend!!
