Great courteous and professional staff. Fast too. Second time for DOT, one physical and second a drug test. And I passed both:-)

Very friendly and helpful. While not extremely busy they were consistently receiving new patients and treated all professionally.

I was sent to Concentra Urgent Care by a future employer to get a urinalysis test. The facility was very clean/organized, the employees were all very professional, kind and patient. I was given very clear instructions on the check in procedure and when called to the back room, the employee that did my test was very professional, personable, efficient, and kind.

I arrived for a pre employment drug screen really close to closing. I was actually expecting to be turned away . However the manager who manned the front desk was so welcoming and immediately I apologized for coming in late. I could tell she was tired it was a long day there I’m sure. She invited me to stay and get it over with and was super awesome , friendly and I couldn’t be more thankful for concentra’s employees who go above and beyond like this location in North Spokane by the “ Y “ . You guys are amazing thanks again

The clinic was short staffed, i heard the receptionist tell 5 different walk ins they'd be better off going elsewhere kinda like they were turning buisness away because of short staff. I get that but to be rude to everyone else there waiting was not expected. After 2 hours of waiting and after 90% of physical i was told my medication disqualifies me from a dot certification. That's fine and all but they could have told me that from the jump amd not waist my future employers money or my time. I'm here trying to get medication changed now which cost me more money and another appointment. Had they told me right away, i could have left and had enough time to get into my doc 4 days ago. Now I had to put job on hold a week longer then expected, waist 300.00 dollars i don't have, and hopefully i get another chance at physical but I don't have the $140.00 dollars a physical costs, and I'm not sure employer will pay for another one. Nobody was clear on this process then when I asked questions they told me I was arguing with them. They got paid, i waisted 3 hours total, now I'm in worse position then when I walked into the clinic. The nurse was the only bright shiny star in the place. Bless her heart. When you take advantage of people, especially poor people just trying to make life work, judging them, smirking at their answers, then the judment that follows because everyone on pain meds are just good actors and they are obviously dirt bag drug addicts. Come on. We think that way do to every reaction we get when having to list current medications. I was made to feel like a drug addict because I'm on a pain med/ addiction med due to a horrific motorcycle/car collision that happened 16 months ago. I shattered my right hip, broke left arm, left leg, left foot, i was stabbed in my groin by footpeg and that tore all the muscles off my pelvic bone. Plus various other minor injuries, that keep me in pain. The stigma of methadone is warranted, but like many people taking that medication, i take as prescribed, i don't abuse it, i don't get any feeling from it other then it takes my pain away for about 3/4 of my day. I get no euphoric feelings, i don't slobber, i don't feel it whatsoever. It's disheartening to tell people vital info only to then be judged.

Easygoing and helpful staff! Clear instructions and simple to understand tasks. Minus a star for software challenges such as not being able to input Canadian Postal Codes. But, I can’t fault the office for that one! Really a 4.5/5.0 in my opinion.

Nice staff but excessive wait times. Not sure what the point of an appointment time is if it takes over an hour to be seen. They need more staff.

It would be 5 stars but because of my wait and I had an appointment ! If they had at least one more Doctor there it would have went better I’m sure ! This has nothing to do with the doctor that was there helping people he was AWESOME !!!

I called before I came and the person who answered was one of the most pleasant on the phone that I have had in a long time. That seems to be rare these days. Otherwise quick, pleasant, and efficient service. Was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. No cimplaints.
