I was fortunate enough to have and appointment with Dr. Annie Wolff this morning. She is well beyond compare, a true professional. She worked within the confines of a less than sterling situation, I am deaf. I have been with this location for 10 plus years. I have had nothing but excellent experience with the entire staff. Dr. Wolff exceeds all expectations, is compassionate in her rendering of a dianosis and possible solutions, prescribing exceedingly well thought out prescriptions.I cannot give her, nor this location, a higher rating. If possible, I would.I am well beyond ten years with this location and have yet to experience anything negative. This location. The staff. Dr. Wolff herself is exactly what anyone could hope for in a quality location. Unfortunately, this is rare.

Have always thought Costco is great; although, it can get extremely busy with very long lines. Can find good deals on food and not so good prices. Just be aware of prices per lb or oz at other stores. The clothing prices are always wonderful! My fave is the DKNY shorts for around $12 (around $80 anywhere else).

Bought a mattress from Costco.com that said it was plush. It was like sleeping on pavement, so I returned it. A courier picked it up from my home TWO WEEKS AGO and I still have NOT received my refund of $1143.00!!!! I have called Costco.com 5x and am told each time that I'll have the money in 2-3 business days. So, I finally called Costco on Sprague and they were unwilling to assist me. BUYER BEWARE. I feel scammed!!

Tortolini salad not up to par. Very weak on dressing and they put something pretty spicy in it. Not the usual good quality. Looked forward to it all winter and spring. Now I'm very dissatisfied with the salad. Will return it.Then also bought popcorn. Big bad of cheese corn and caramel corn. Mostly cheese corn. A few pieces of caramel corn. Cheese corn tasted not good. Won't buy again. Will stick to known brands.

The customer service here is SO good and the prices are great too. I bought glasses here almost 2 years ago and they are still going strong. Roman is always so helpful, especially today. My glasses kept breaking (lenses falling out, screws loose, etc) but he FIXED them!!! Feels like a brand new pair. Thanks costco!

I know Costco gets a bit crazy however I've always had a good experience with the staff. Today in the self check out and employee named Amy must of been having a bad day. My daughter and I were checking out and we herd "move"! I really just figured it was a customer customer conversation then swiftly I hear don't pick up the dog food, don't pick up the dog food! When I turned around, I was surprised, this employee was talking to me that way (I was not picking up the dog food in my cart as I had other items still on top) I turned to continue to scan my groceries and I hear "move out of the way"! Again Amy' s having a bad day. I ask her if she thought that was appropriate to talk to a customer that way? She replied she needs to scan a bar on the cash ramp. Amy! Even on the worst days in retail I still would never talk to a customer in that manner.

It was quite strange finding out that you can no longer walk around and look at what is available and then decide if its worth it to pay for the membership. "You must buy a membership to get an ID and then you will be allowed in. No you are not allowed to look and decide beforehand." It felt a little bit like WWII Nazi Germany, you must present your ID papers to the Gestapo upon request. You must present your ID upon entry, you must present your ID to any worker who asks, even while you are walking down the aisles shopping, you must present your ID to the checkout clerks, you must present your receipt to the workers standing at the exit. "Heil Costco!" The lines are longer than any other store I have ever seen and it's mostly due to how slow the service is. And they still refuse to supply plastic bags even before the ban on plastic bags existed. The clerks who do the membership sign up service, aggressively push for you to sign up for the more expensive membership levels. I still do not understand the differences between the membership levels. The so-called cash back check you get if you cancel your membership can only be spent at Costco and can only be used to get another membership, not for use on any items. The selection of items is very limited to whatever can be mass produced such as garbage bags only having two sizes available and the air filters only one size is available, sure there are multiple brands but all the same size, no other options. Everything must be bought in pairs or in massive packs. Hamburger buns are sold 20 to a pack when hamburger patties are sold 16 to a pack. Hot dogs are sold 8 to a pack and hotdog buns are sold 20 to a pack. Something is just not adding up here. Bottles of various sauces are smaller than what is found in regular stores but always sold in multipacks, saving very little money if any. Bottles of spice are under filled with a large amount of empty space that makes it equal to the small bottles of spices that are completely full and sold at smaller grocery stores. Or you have to buy massive quantities of food that spoils before you even finish half of what you bought. Meats are sold in massive quantities at prices that seem almost triple the price of what they are at smaller grocery stores.

Was checking out close to close and they had one cashier with 8-9 people in line. So I go to self checkout. I have mainly big items, I think I had 23 items. As we are finishing two workers comes over and tell us we should have went to a regular line because we have too many items. Mind you there IS NO SIGN saying x amount of items or less. My husband says maybe you should put a sign up. They stand there and watch us ring everything in. Then at the very end the machine says help is on the way. ANOTHER worker comes over and says she needs to make sure everything was rang in. I literally said they just watched us ring everything in- but she insisted on profiling us thinking we were stealing. My membership is about to expire in 2 weeks. Honestly after this experience I will probably cancel it. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have two daughters. Paid with my debit card so no idea why they decided to think we were stealing because we used self checkout when they had one person for 9 people trying to be checked out. I'd avoid this location.

Costco is a great, high quality place. Very clean and good deals. I love the food court, personally. The only thing I don't like about Costco is sometimes their produce (strawberries, fruits, veggies, etc.) get bad before their expiration date or very quickly. Otherwise, Costco is great!

Today, I shopped at Cosco. I spend a lot of money every time and because of that, I expect to receive great customer services. The store at Sprague lacks good customer skills, especially if the customer is non-white. For example, the checker asked me to get my card out to scan and, because I know the checkers are able to scan it by showing it in my transparent wallet, I told the checker the other checkers do not ask me to take it out. She answered she is not like the other checker. I responded she needed to get the same training. She then went on and on. I informed her the customer was always right hoping she would stop her ranting and not hold the line any longer. She snapped back by saying she could leave any time she wanted. I told her to go ahead. She walked away (Really, this was worse than child-like behavior). Soon after, another checker came and finished my transaction. By that time, the customer behind me was meddling in my business and speaking behind my back. I let it go, but this is a sign that racial abuse is accepted at Cosco and this behavior needs to stop. I spend money just like every one else that shops at Cosco and my money is accepted because it does not represent only one race but all races. Is it OK to accept the green but not the non-white? I don't think so. It is hypocritical for Cosco to stand for this type of behavior. Because of this, I went to talk to a supervisor and he said he would talk to her but he also tried to excuse her behavior. The checker's behavior is transparent with non-white people because her supervisor's excuses this type of behavior. Had I been a white person, I bet the checker would not have been so rude and disrespectful by leaving and making all of us wait. It is evident the checker is not capable of working with people of other cultures, as it was apparent she loves to argue. Finally, if she is to work with the public -- White or non-white, customer skills are a must and her supervisors are as much to blame, by not hiring competent people to work with the public. Honestly, Cosco needs to invest money by providing better training to their employees so customers go home happy after shopping. As for me, I won't be shopping at the Sprague Cosco store, where the checkers show more like child-like behavior. This store is truly a big disappointment.

This review is of the cell phone sales manager who promotes the plans and equipment sold at this Costco. He was friendly and helpful in setting up our new plans and equipment but when Verizon didn't honor the deal we signed up for and was overcharging us by $65 every month, I visited the store to request his assistance but he wouldn't give me the time of day and was rude. Buyer beware. I've heard from others that they have had similar experiences. If you purchased a plan and equipment at this location and cannot get their assistance to fix the mess they promoted, my advice is to file an informal complaint with the FCC online. We wasted hours and hours dealing with Verizon and Costco but my issue was resolved immediately when we filed a complaint - and it took very little time to do so. The sales manager at Costco had our contact information and everything needed to resolve our problem but he refused to help. We won't be back.
