Costco is all so freaking busy. I love Costco but I hate the people who shop there. There’s always a bunch of Karen’s. And people are inconsiderate and oblivious. It’s like traffic in a 3rd world country.

great food & customer service is good. just wish they had more organic options as they dont have many to choose from at this location such as organic walnuts/almonds etc.

Can you train your employees that put the groceries and other goods into the boxes better? I bought 4 different meat items, I put them in separate red bags to prevent leaking, the person who put them in the box put the OPEN side of the bag down, the juice saturated through the cardboard and into my trunk, my my car now smells like beef fish juice.

I always spend an hour or so here. Walking every aisle.
You never know what you might find!
Pro tip: avoid the crazy rush by going about an hour - 1.5hrs before they close.
Usually weekdays, since they close at 8:30.

Always always to busy.. the parking lot is hard to maneuver in and they aren't friendly and helpful

Shout out to Karen in the food court. She is amazing!!!! She is also the fastest worker there is!!! She is polite and nice and very efficient.

Great prices. Great quality food and products. Only draw back, it is always SUPER busy every day of the week. They have a huge parking lot but it is always hard to find a close spot. The lines go quick inside. The worst line is waiting to exit for them to verify receipts. Plan to wait 5-10 mins to exit the store. They are even busier than any local Walmart in Spokane . I think more than half of Spokane shops at Costco ?.

Costco on Sprague in Spokane Washington is the location I go to the most. Always excellent and high-quality items and wonderful customer service!
I recently tried their delivery service through Instacart. I was extremely impressed.
