Jaimie at the front desk was super professional and kind. He communicated very well and I felt a lot more educated about what was going on with my phone BEFORE the repairs- which I’ve struggled with other places. They were also able to add a discount which was super awesome. Alex fixed my phone and got it done super fast! Will definitely be going back for all of my iPhone repair needs.

Well the staff was super nice had one guy talk my through what it could be and I said ok let’s fix it. Paid $140 for a new speaker for my grandma iPhone it had to be done. I get a call from the guys hour or so later saying it’s all fixed and come get it. I run up call it and still not working! This time I’m dealing with the other guy he is baffled!He goes into to settings and changes a setting and it’s magically works. So I didn’t need a new speaker and it wasn’t the problem, it was a setting when it rings if you look at the phone it’s turns the volume way down.The guy told me this setting is never set but for some reason it was on this phone. So I paid them $140 for no reason no refund no store credit for a speaker I didn’t need when the guy could have dug in a little more to make sure it wasn’t in the settings! So frustrating when I make a mistake I admit and apologize try to make it right somehow, not just leave the part the customer didn’t need in the phone that was just fine.With a little misunderstanding and a refund I just want to say these guys are really nice and sometimes we make mistakes, but they made good on their word and that says a lot! I appreciate you reaching out to me. Thank you sorry for the confusion.

CPR Cell Phone Repair manager don't know what they are doing. They damaged and ruined my laptop. They were suppose to upgrade a hard drive to one with more storage, and instead they broke my laptop. They don't know what they are doing. The manager Jonathan and CPR Cell Phone Repair store (owns one store in S. Hill on Regal Street and one on North Newport Hwy) owner Darrin J. Lee refuse to hold themselves accountable and refuse to replace my laptop after they caused the damage. If you have a problem file a complain with the Washington Attorney General and any agency. CPR stores, its owner Darrin Lee and manager Jonathan just don't care and don't know what customer service is all about and don't take responsibilities for damaging and ruining other people's computers.

I had the most wonderful experience from a hard working man name Jamie . He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the issue with my phone, and fixed it right away. Definitely will be coming back.

I went in to get the charger port on my phone cleaned. I was told it would take 1 day. Come back the next day and I'm told it would be another 2 days because they were backed up. A little irritated but okay. I come in 2 days later and I'm told that the person cleaning it broke the phone so they needed to get new parts and they would email me when they got the parts and it'd probably be about a week. I give them my email letter by letter. I'm starting to get mad but what can I do. I check my email every day for 2 weeks before I go back. They told me they got the parts the next day and that the person got my email wrong. And that the phones still not complete because they need me to sign another form before they can start working on it. I go off on the owner and store supervisor for 20 minutes before they offer me a replacement phone until they are done with my phone. I would like to mention that I normally don't do that but this was getting ridiculous. I take the offer. Hate the phone they gave me but I'm stuck with it for another 3 weeks before they just give me a brand new phone because the fix they had in mind didn't work. This entire ordeal cost me $150.00. Your better off going anywhere else.

The company responded right away. Unfortunately the repair costs for broken glass is the same as buying a refurbished phone. This is a shameful indictment of our throwaway society.

Okay so I had drift on the left controller of my Nintendo switch that had been going on for a while and these peeps fixed it!They cleaned it for free and now there’s no drift at all and now I can clean it myself if need be ^^ I was afraid I might have to send it to Nintendo to be fixed (which I didn’t mind)I’m so glad it’s not a deeper problem too!!Heads up they don’t fix consoles, like they don’t replace parts or anything but they did this and I really appreciated it! It was fast too ^^Thank you!!

Excellent service and repair work. The original employee was a little awkward and made me feel a little weird but the second employee was great. The screen works perfect and for almost half what Apple wanted to repair it

I had a warrenty call through T-Mobile and was instructed to take my phone here. When i got the phone back it had a new screen and bezel (diffrent color than the original and no warning the appearance would be changed) While it was being repaired i had them add a new screen protector... when getting the phone back no care instructions were given verbally or in writing in regards to the new screen protector. 24 hours later the new screen protector shifted while i was out of town and had to be removed to access my phone. Screen protecter was crumpled and unable to be reused so it was thrown away after trying to contact store. Once they got ahold of me they told me the only way to refund (or replace was with the damaged protector being returned). Not standing by their installation or products makes me highly recommend NOT using them in the future and urging people to avoid at all cost.

Called to check if they had a screen for my s22 ultra. They did , so I brought it to them. I had a new screen within 75 mins. So far it looks like they did a excellent job. Only complaint is they do not have OEM screen options but did come with a 1 yeae limited warranty.
