I went here to get my phone bill paid.The guy up front was friendly and very patient, even though my debit card kept declining the payment multiple times.I finally went to my bank app and figured out the problem, which the payment was accepted not too long after.Thank you for helping me out.

This cricket is the best location I’ve ever been to. If you come here you better hope you’re here when rj is working. I’ve seen him help multiple groups of customers at once by himself while still providing excellent customer service and knowing the ins and outs of the business like the back of his hand. That kid just has a certain warmth to him. Everyone walked out happy and so did I.

I went in with my mom because we had a lot of questions and wanted to upgrade her phone. We talked to a man named RJ, I HIGHLY recommend this person. He is very knowledgeable and actually made it feel personable, not just like he was selling me. I’ve never had such a wholesome interaction with a cell phone company before. I’m going to be bringing my business here and switching from Verizon. If you see this RJ thank you for treating me and my mother so amazing, and she loves the phone choice as well!

Just called to see what phones were available today since they were out of stock. Customer service was rude and short and very unprofessional. This is my third day dealing with them and they were basically all the same like they didn't want to talk to you about anything.

Just discovered this particular outlet ~ closer to where I live! The one young man was rather harsh with a customer but it was obvious that he'd dealt with him before... Problem for my phone was resolved in minutes! Another store didn't have the answer!

I don't know what happened to this location, everyone was so helpful. The guy that works here is so rude. While I was there last he was shouting a customer's password and in my opinion just is not cut out for this line of work. I will go to another location if I need to go to the store again.

I am so frustrated with Cricket Wireless! We bought a phone in late September and never actually received the phone. When the phone was returned the box was unopened and the service was never connected. Over the last 2.5 months we have been trying to get our money back. They charged us $125.33 for the phone, unlimited service and a new phone number. We received $65.33 in return. What happened to the rest of the money??? We never even got the phone at our home? I have been incredibly kind with these people. I have not yelled at them, I have always been polite. When they know that sending us to the warranty department will not solve our issue they still pass us off to them. Twice this week I have called to speak to a supervisor and both times I waited between 30 to 45 minutes and when they picked up the phone without saying a word they hang up on me. It is ridiculous! This is the worst kind of service I can imagine. I am beginning to think that the reason they are giving me the run around is because I am disabled. I know that it isn't the easiest to understand me, but really? I have called so many times that I know almost every person in the customer service department. Don't go buy a phone on line from Cricket Wireless. They are horrible. I don't know about the individual retailers, but this run around is BS. All I want is the rest of our money back.
