Great gym! My husband and I were passing through the area and they were happy to let us drop in for the day. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely use this gym again the next time we are in Spokane.

Excellent gym to drop-in to for a workout! The coaches and athletes were super friendly and welcoming. Coaches were knowledgeable about form and very encouraging! Would 100% recommend!

An amazing place. The trainers are great. They are patient and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking into cross fit or have been doing a while this place is amazing. Enough great things cannot be said about the owner and staff there. 100/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.

4 years off Crossfit and this place might just convince me to join again. The owner and coaches have been extremely welcoming. From checking on my movements to something as simple as remembering my name means a ton. Top notch facility and challenging yet achievable programming. 5 stars and thank you for such warm welcoming to Washington ??

Have been going here for the past year now. Coaches are amazing, plenty of class times and open gyms. Facilities are top notch, no other place to CrossFit in Spokane.

This is a real deal crossfit box, although they did de-affiliate. It has a lot of equipment other places don’t, like assault-style bikes and spin bikes in addition to rowing machines. They also have nice extras you can use during open gym times, like GHDs, a reverse hyper, skiiers, etc. The owner Kevin programs from experience as he has actually competed at regional games. The coaches are all pretty elite athletes themselves and clearly understand the technical aspects of Olympic weight lifting. You will likely never be the best in the room at any exercise here and that’s actually one of the pros. You will be very challenged. The strength and fitness levels of some members here may intimidate some people, but they will make you better. I almost never do the workout at RX weight here, but they provide recommended options for a more beginner (“movement”) and intermediate (“fitness”) level. Kevin is a principled guy who has always been very nice and welcoming to me. They also offer military discount for veterans. IMO this is the premier crossfit-style box in Spokane.

I started the same week we went into quarantine. The owner stayed on touch with members via online posts and zoom sessions. Now that things are getting back to being open I am stoked to be back in the gym. They worked really hard at improving the gym and making it as accessible to the public as possible. Encouraging staff and positive atmosphere. Definitely recommend for individuals and families!

Great coaches, members, music and gym layout! Lots of flexible class times and website is easy to use. We just finished up a “summer league” with 12 teams of 4, so it was a great opportunity to meet and connect with other members. Looking forward to the upcoming BBQ! :)
