I called looking for a car because my car was totalled recently. Jeff reminded me of the specs on the vehicle I was looking at, because he didn’t feel like it was right for me and he was right. He also wound up helping save me over $2100 with advice on warranties for my accident. He even wrote up a VIN specific vehicle estimate for me to give to the insurance company which made them raise the value of my vehicle over $2600. He didn’t have to, but he made time to be honest and helpful and it’s greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call for a vehicle. He won’t lie to you and he will make sure you don’t purchase a vehicle that’s not right for you.

Jeff was very honest and patient with my son (first time car buyer). He answered all of his questions truthfully and was not pushy.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They knowingly sold me a truck with a blown head gasket. They had recently changed the oil which would have told them the head gasket was blown simply by looking at the oil they drained. I’m still trying to process why they would do something so obviously dishonest. Extremely disappointing.

My son bought a truck here for $8,000 on December 14 2023. On January 13, 2024 it broke down. The engine was beyond repair. He got to drive it maybe 10 times.

Such an awesome truck buying experience. After a horrible experience at another local lot. Cross point went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The truck I got had an issue a few days after purchase. They took the truck to fix the part. They discovered a bent pulley and fixed that as well.. they even went the extra mile and let me use a loaner vehicle to ensure I can make it to work while they complete my truck.needless to say they're awesome!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. We really enjoyed working with Lacy and her dad. The most honest, non pressure sales-people I've ever met. I would easily go back and see them again, the next time we need a new vehicle

After having a less than stellar experience at the dealership down the road, it was so refreshing to be able to work with Lacey! She did not try to pressure us into something we weren’t interested in, and she helped us find a bank that would work with us. 10/10 will be back the next time we need a vehicle.

Spelled my name wrong and refused to fix it. When calling to get it fixed I was mocked with the wrong name that they put on the paper work. Very unprofessional.

I just bought a truck from them and had issues with the 4 wheel drive and breaks and even though they didn’t have to fix it they did and made it right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be coming back in the future.

I just bought a truck from them and had issues with the 4 wheel drive and breaks and even though they didn’t have to fix it they did and made it right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be coming back in the future.

Bought a car from them about 4 years ago, haven’t had any problems with the car since. They were respectful and weren’t pushy like a lot of dealerships tend to be. I’ll definitely be going back when I decide to get another car!

We purchased an 07 Subaru Tribeca late last year. The experience was great and the service was excellent! We noticed a couple small issues that they took care of immediately, but the radiator they ordered was faulty and failed a couple months later. They took it back in and replaced the faulty radiator without any hassle. I thought it had gone out again because there was fluid under the car. I called and they said to bring it back and they would take care of it… it turns out it was not the radiator, but a seal that was leaking oil. They replaced it at no charge and had us on our way the next day! We will definitely be back when we are looking for another vehicle!

I had been looking for a LTZ Silverado for a little over 3 months. (within $$ Range? Ha) These guys had/have some really classy looking Rides.. BUT my Medical Lake raised rear was lookin' 4 a Chevy. I was reluctant to pull in and chat, (as we all are). I emailed them an appointment to test drive a ride, that looki'ed like something I would be sniffing at. I arrived a little later than the time I said and this lil' Lacey came out and answered the call. She had the keys and set me up to drive the wee BEAST. I was gone for 30 minutes and returned with my Ol' Mombo. (quite the funny) BUT she got the "plan" right away. Mombo, gonna set me straight, "Keep Shopping". And there I was again, Failing to obey to parental advisement.REALLY,... hear is the deal, Lacey and her Dad invited us in to be a part of a family environment (these days priceless). Their paperwork detail, attention to detail, and the CS (customer service) was Fun, Friendly and NON pressuring! I will do again and advise to shop here B4... NOT the shop across the street!

I bought a Chevy Duramax from Jeff & Lacey at Crosspointe and the process couldn't have been more easy! The truck was everything they said it would be! I'll be making all my future car purchases from Crosspointe.
