Shotty business practices and incompetent employees. Same cost to use turbo tax free online. Partners and probably the owner as well are embezzling. When problems arise they avoid you. You will not get a call or email in response to any problems

Wish I could give less. Aside from their stuff ripping people off they will ruin your refund and you will never see it. They never answer their phone, won’t respond to emails and won’t own up to messing your tax refund up. Avoid this place at all costs.

I am so thankful!!! They will always have my business! My taxes were a mess. You can't even imagine how much they helped me and my grandmother. They can not be thanked enough!
