Inconsistent hours. Hours will be reduced without warning. Several times pharmacy closed entire day with no information and no Target employees have any idea why. Had a medication that was being reviewed by insurance. Kept being told by pharmacy it was still under review (for 3 weeks). As I was running out of this important medicine I had to ask cardiologist to send an extra perscription to other pharmacy, meaning I had to pay out of pocket while CVS was "working with insurance." The day after buying medicine out of pocket at different pharmacy, receive a letter from CVS dated a week earlier saying "We're pleased to inform you that your medicine is covered by insurance." (Nobody at the CVS had that information the several times I drove in between when the letter was dated and when I received it, so there is a severe communications breakdown within this organization.) Moved entire family to Wal-Mart pharmacy. Wish I'd done that years before.

I am from the tri cities and due to insurance can only fill at a CVS. The Richland CVS is the absolute worst. They are so incredibly rude and incompetent. I am filling at this location because I am here very often. I had to call the richland location and talked to someone named Brian who was awful. Hung up on him and immediately called this CVS to make sure nothing got messed up by him and to ensure I could get my prescription filled here. I’m done with the richland CVS. I wish I would’ve gotten the gals name that I spoke with at around 3pm on 1/19/24. She was beyond helpful and sweet. It was extremely refreshing after dealing with Brian!

They missed my time sensitive medications completely. It is always a huge wait. Customer service is horrible. Had to get my meds transferred to another pharmacy as when I realized their mistake thay had no meds left.

Worst in store pharmacy ever!! Under staffed, behind the counter is a mess & the staff can't find people's prescriptions! This Target got a make over, but CVS must not have kicked in. Pharmacist are also rude

The pharmacy in the store is small but clean. Like most pharmacies in Spokane they are struggling to stay fully staffed. Expect a reasonable wait and they are kind in person. My reason for the low rating has to do with the abject nightmare of getting my prescriptions transferred and filled from my prior pharmacy. My insurance forced me to move all maintenance medications to cvs or mail order. Initially this seemed easy except the order was held and no follow up call. I had to call multiple times both my doctor, then the pharmacy to work out the problem. They were unable to fill anything under 90 days with out charging me full cost although I have double coverage and am aware there are bypasses for such issues. Trying to get to a person requires going through an automated phone tree which constantly directs you to the on line site which in cases of errors sends you to the phone in a circle. In the end I went with out one medication for 7 days another for 11 untill I walked in to get new prescriptions from my doctor. The following week, a delivery was sent to the wrong address, I was told I would need to follow up with shipt, shipt then told me no, cvs is to follow up. I was told a replacement should be filled for pickup that night. When I called the following morning I found they had to wait for an approval from my doctor for a fill on a prescription they lost at my cost. If I could find a way to avoid this pharmacy system as a whole I would. The people are kind, the system is a total mess.

CVS in Target, excellent customer service, technician went out of her way to assist me in getting my granddaughters prescription transferred from one store to another, saving me just over an hour in travel time. Then filled it quickly so I did not have to wait longer. Excellent~

Garbage customer service. Called in refills a week later tells me they don't have them and call the doctor. Lady was rude. Said they had them ready and I never came to get them, told her I had the text from the pharmacy that showed they sent one after hours that said to come get it but the next day they didn't have them.

Every time I come here it is a negative experience. If I could use any other pharmacy with my insurance I would!! The employees are so mean, only a few are nice.

Currently on hold…..3rd call totally almost 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone about my rx that has been “on order” for almost a month. The minute I get someone on the phone I am transferring my prescriptions and never going back.

There is a single employee here that is the a absolute RUDEST. I went here two years ago for my flu shot and she was having issues entering my insurance and the way she treated me made me never want to come back. Well, stupid me, went there again this year for a flu and COVID booster because I was in the area and that same employee was still there! And same thing absolutely rude! Again, never want to come again because of this one employee. Which is a shame because the pharmacist is absolutely lovely! Please either have this employee adjust her attitude or terminate her for her lack of costumer service skills.
