These people have had my car for a whole week. I paid the money for it to be released back to me (before they even had it so honestly it beats me how the towing company was allowed to bring it to the DAA northwest but that’s a whole different complaint) and NO ONE at this company will communicate with me at all. I have called EIGHT times and the receptionist will direct me to someone that “will help me” and I get sent to their voicemail every time. They will not answer their calls and they will not return my calls when I leave a very stressed and passionate message. I need my car back and these people are withholding it from me. I live an hour and a half away but my only option anymore is to find a ride up there and demand someone speak to me since these incompetent people can’t do their jobs and answer a simple call or call back when I’ve literally BEGGED them to.

Yikes! Avoid this place if possible. What a cluster. People at the gate are rude, snotty and condescending. The office person was nice, so that's something, I guess.
