My wife and I and our newborn son, recently bought a Dodge Ram from Cortes Nissan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Issac and Jamal were incredible, from the moment we walked in, they treated us like family, not just customers.
They were upfront, honest, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out is that they even stayed past closing just to make sure we were taken care of, the staff working that day was so engaged with our son, that says a lot about the kind of people they are.
You can tell they truly care about helping people, not just making a sale. We left with a great truck (aside from an old expired battery) (purchase warranty if you want to avoid a right away expense) and even better feelings about the whole experience. Huge thank you to Issac, Jamal, and the whole Cortes Nissan team (Bryan) for going above and beyond!

Update for change in rating:
A couple days after buying my truck I stopped by a tire shop because my tires had the low pressure warning light on since leaving the dealership and had them check the tread depth to see how many more miles I could get out of them. The tires were at 3/32 and they recommended new ones immediately. I wouldn’t make it another month on them let alone a winter season. I contacted the dealership to see if they’d be willing to help with the cost of new tires and they told me I was on my own. I feel like they could do better, but word of advice for others is to have the tires checked before signing.

Best deal within 500 miles. Car in great condition…couple post purchase flaws found, but that’s on me…should’ve looked closer. Biggest beef I have is their communication and response speed….seems like one hand isn’t always talking to the other, so a ton of “re-clarification” was needed, but we got it done and I love the truck!

The vehicle was not adequately cleaned prior to delivery. Example, inside windows, outside mirrors had heavy film that is still on drivers side. Otherwise.. ok

I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing a used car here. I recently purchased a car from Cortes Nissan that ended up having a preexisting condition, requiring thousands of dollars in repairs less than a week after the purchase. It is entirely possible they were not aware of the problem, but their refusal to provide any assistance in helping to repair the problem speaks volumes about their regard for customers. In addition, the brake pads on the rear were worn down to a critical level, requiring immediate replacement. If you are considering buying a used car here, I have two words for you: caveat emptor.
