Worst service ever, almost crashed in to my car, very poor customer service, I never leave review but this place was so bad I had to leave one

We had them come out to do a large shred job of old files, 8 of their bins. The driver was super fast, the whole job done in less than half hour and he was very nice, professional. The office staff has been very friendly and we will definitely use again!

Super easy and very helpful. I went in last week with some free Wa Trust shred bags, but had more at home to bring back. I asked Vincent in the yard for pricing and he was happy to explain it all. Today I went back with the rest of my stuff and Francisco and Vincent both helped and both so extremely nice. I went in the office to pay, and same thing, the gal inside was very friendly. It’s nice to see such good customer service when so many places seem to be lacking it now.

After a not so great experience with another shredding service, Devries has been a breath of fresh air! Justin was who I dealt with recently and he was terrific! Friendly and efficient! I’d recommend them any time!

When our usual guy is out Troy swoops in for the rescue. We interact with each other twice a day and 9/10 I don't see him coming and he scares me to death, im not impressed with myself. We both get a good laugh about it. He now warns me if I am too focused. He is very friendly and was willing to help me when I needed something.
