Office people were kind but the whse staff wasnt helpful and the rear Whse was in a horrible spot for semi drivers to back in to. Wouldn't recommend any OTR driver taking any shipments to or from them until they get a better facility.

I have moved Intrastate and interstate many times. My experience with DeVries has been the worst. There were missing boxes, broken electronics, missing electronics, broken furniture, broken smokers, etc. They stored our items in a "climate controlled warehouse". It was anything but. My items sensitive to freezing and thawing were ruined. My brand new mattress was sitting in water while in their possession. There is a huge water stain and the side is collapsed. They dropped my desk of my wood floor splintering the floor. They then closed the door in hopes I wouldn't see it. The claims "manager" is the rudest human alive and denied they broke or dropped anything. Be careful of their "insurance". It pays 60 cents a pound. If your 10 pound item cost $6,000 they pay $6. This is a horrible company that lies, cheats and steals.

Had the greatest experience with this company. The two mover's Bobby and Joe were great. Funny and got the job done. Very careful with furniture moved. Would recommend this company and these two men for any job. Many thanks

do not! i repeat do not rent here!!!!!!!!! this company has raised the rates every 6 months each time over $20! this time its $35/month. rental was $125 and since 2020 covid its not $235! yea.they also limit your access times to your stuff, they shut down during storms, no access! but if you want to pay them adjustable rates .. .where you get bent over again and again and again. do not rent here ! there are much better places in spokane!!! dont be fooled by their free month. they will just raise rents to cover it!

Honestly I have never been somewhere that raises the rents EVERY 6 MONTHS!!!! THIS TIME 35 A MONTH!!! RENTED UNIT $110/MONTH THEN EXTRA SPACE BOUGHT AND NOW ITS $235!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED INCOME TO PAY RENT FEES THAT SHOULD BE AS MUCH AS A HOUSE BY END OF 2023! THEY FREE MONTH IS A RUSE! THEY GET IT BACK WITH RENTS INCREASE!

Twice I paid for moving and storage services with a credit card I have not used with any other merchant. I've now had to cancel the card twice due to fraudulent charges being made on the card. I let them know the first time and was assured they would look into the issue. Now it's happened again. Do not trust your credit card to these folks.

Nope, I do not recommend this company. The original quoter R**s quoted me one price just to get me to use them over any other company. During the moving and packing process, the quote kept going up so that by the time I got the final bill it was $1500 higher with no warning. The movers/packers used their materials very liberally and charged me very heavily for it too! Even though I provided many boxes and packing materials myself. They also disassembled things and did not reassemble them at the new place. Or packed items into used boxes I provided but were too lazy to write the correct ID on those boxes. So, it took me 3 weeks to find a box of food in a misnamed box saying "laundry room". I called the office twice over the following 3-4 wks asking them to ask the packers where in the devil did they pack this or that. It was extremely frustrating. I never got a call back and even R**s said he would come over twice to help look for things and never kept his promise. He just blew me off. This company is not trustworthy and VERY expensive.

You much back in through the gate. They did answer the phone when you call for directions. That made it ok to deal with the backing .
