Phone number provided no useful information, or a way to speak with an employee. The website lists various products for skating, but no rollerskates for men. Google search results say they have skates, but only for shipping. I was trying to find a way to try them on before purchasing to make sure they fit. If I can't even try them on there's lots of online retailers I can get them from instead. I'm trying to shop local, but it seems like they would prefer I take my business elsewhere.

Carts kinda suck and I wish they had bigger carts for bigger products. There were some items I got that were apparently on sale, but wasn't the same price in the system. But they made it right overall and were very friendly. Not a bad place.

I had the best customer service. The guy that was at the registers, Kade, was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his positive attitude and great customer service.

Al, in the golf department was a pleasure to work with. He helped us with our kids new golf clubs and was extremely knowledgeable in all things golf. Hire more Al’s please!

Store was a complete mess with employees throwing boxes everywhere and then at the register a employee asked for assistance then another employee named Jordan threw a sissy fit then slowly pouted girls way over to help then proceeds to snap his fingers at customer in line. What a joke of a store

The golf department has a knowledgeable CSR in Al. He gave me great advice as a beginner in the sport. Plus he taught me how to use my new driver. Very patient while giving me time to learn . So much more than just a purchase!

They have a lot of product, however the shoe department is the dumbest way to buy shoes ever. Spent two hours waiting til somebody could help me do something I could have done myself if they had actual shoes on the floor. You have to scan in a random shoe to have somebody get it for you. The shoes are all mixed up. We didn't even know what size we needed hoping that somebody could help us. We ended up finding a womens size that worked for my son, then converted it to mens. We then went to the stupid damn kiosk and loaded that size in for football cleats and it brought up some options with no prices. We had a guy bring some out. Still no prices on boxes so he had to do several scans just to bring up the prices. The poor guy was so overworked for stupid business practice. Will not ever go back fir shoes unless they completely revamp the shoe buying process. As you can tell from length of the rant I was quite pissed off. Thanks for reading

I went to the north Spokane location, the employees did not make it known to any customers that there cash system was down and waiting after I shopped for over 30 minutes coming up the register ringing me up then letting me know they were not accepting cash. There were multiple aisles blocked off with carts and trash boxes it was very messy and hard to shop. Taking my business to the other location from now on.
