If you’re looking for a lemon, this is where you’ll get it. Check engine light and not shifting a half hour after picking the car up. Something they knew they could clear and get away with while still doing test drives. Dealers are known for being shady, this one takes the cake.

Super nice people got me in a car fast with no hassle. My car broke down on lunch at work; they got me in a car the same day, and I have had no issues with it. It seems really family-oriented, too.

Bought 2 cars off of Direct Auto Sales, paid over $16,000.00 for both cars. Was told we would get an oil change for free on both cars and that the locking mechanism on the truck would be fixed for free. The "mechanic" they use stated both vehicles looked great, we got a great price for them, etc." My friend picked up the truck and I was charged for payment on the locking device, even though it was free. The mechanic would not provide an invoice and Direct Auto Sales will not return my phone call. 2 weeks later I had spent an additional $900 on one vehicle and then $600 on the other through a different mechanic. My mechanic says that one vehicle has such bad rust on the underside that it had to be sitting in water, it was difficult for him to even change the tires on it. The other vehicle has such significant problems that I may not even be able to continue putting money into it, currently sitting in my driveway not even starting. A tow truck is on its way. I would use EXTREME caution on an auto sales company who uses a distrustful mechanic who only says good things about the cars they sell. Then turns around and charges for things that were told that it would be free.

Bought my last car from these people. It was cheap and in my budget range but definitely not worth it. Would rather wait and put a down payment for a nicer car.

ima straight up and say this. People ! please dont come here to buy or trade or finance because i to stopped here wanted to buy a car and i happen to test drive a car . quess what ? the car cant go over 35 MPH , Blown AC , blown Head gasket , transmission problem, both front and back blinkers doesnt work at all . it was a not even a 3 minutes test drive ?? . WHAT A SHAME TO THIS DEALER AND THE OWNERS. Entering this dealer was a regret because it feels like 70-75 degrees..

I recommend you stop by here if you're buying a used car, as the prices are fair and they're honest about information regarding the cars on their lot. If you want something clean and perfect, dishman dodge is not too far away!

This dealership is terrible selling garbage cars and not taking any responsibility. They have sold me a garbage car. Will be contacting my lawyer and the attorney General's office on Monday. 7/3/23

The owners were really kind. However, they didn't have the best selections of cars for the price range that we were looking for. Ended up testing 3 different cars and all had deal breakers, and couldn't justify buying them.
