I bought a brand new jeep renegade 23 plus I have bought 4 other dodge vehicles. the flat screen promo started two weeks after my purchase and now it went 5 thousand dollars cheaper that’s fine. The problem here is Courtney lee (and he’s a manager) told me if I did the survey he would still set aside a TV for me! So he called me tonight and says I didn’t give them a complete 100% score because on 2 questions I was being honest, they were NOT explained to me about the vehicle! He straight up lied to me and dishman will lose a customer over a tv, plus I will tell friends and my family Too! I will NEVER buy a vehicle or do service at dishman dodge Again as my dad was looking to purchase a wrangler as well! Love the vehicles but will never by from dishman!!!!

Would not recommend. Bought a car here almost 4 months ago and they still haven't made good on the we owes. I've called and talked to multiple people who've said they would look into it and have someone call me. No one ever calls. Time to call my attorney as the we owe is written into the contract. Spend your money elsewhere would be my suggestion.

This is the 8th brand new vehicle that I have purchased, and this was by far the easiest, fastest, most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone from the salesperson to the finance manager were all top notch. Highly recommend, well worth the drive from anywhere in Washington state.

I called to make an appointment for service on my Dodge Charger and was told they no longer work on vehicles older than 2012. Although my charger was not purchased from Dishman it has always been serviced there. I even have a lifetime power train warranty that needs checkups every 5 years and they have done those a few times. This makes me never want to buy a Dodge again if it can’t always be serviced by the local dealership.

Update** since posting my review Dishman has reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and we’re able to quickly get me the winch controller that we were owed. They continued to check in with us and offered gift cards. Thank you for correcting things dishman.Purchased a used 2020 power wagon from here. During test drive we found the previous owners registration in the truck. Had to do the usual barter to bring the price down to what everyone else was asking for the same truck. They tried to tack that reduction into the trade-in. Had to barter that back to a fair price. Week after purchase truck popped up due for an oil change. Dealership promised it was done before purchase. Took couple days to be provided proof that happened. Truck was missing the controller for the winch. Dealership wrote it in that they owed us one. Been 2 months and still haven’t gotten it. Financing was quick and easy. Did get passed on to another sales agent during purchase process and they forgot to gas the truck until we were taken back for pickup. Overall just okay service. Could be better with management following up on employees and maybe looking at the vehicles on the lot closer.

200 miles after an oil change, my jeep was DOA. No warning light, had battery charge - just dead. (2016 piece of cr@p - will never own another jeep) Called ahead and they said to have it towed in. FOUR BUSINESS DAYS LATER, NO CONTACT OR RETRN CALLS FROM DISHMAN JEEP SERVICE - DID I MENTION IT'S BEEN FOUR BUSINESS DAYS???Having it towed to Idaho for actual service as soon as I can get a ride there and retrieve my fob.

I own a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica EV/Hybrid. My check engine light came on flashing. Dishman suggested I have it towed into the service center. I had it towed in and evaluated. Dishman Dodge called and informed me that my head gasket was blown and the engine was ruined. The cost to replace was $14000 and they were ready to take a 50% deposit. This was a surprise since my van only had 70k miles and the majority of them were on the electric batteries. The service technician said “it was bad luck”. I got in touch with Chrysler area and they opened a case and sent me to Lithia Dodge to have it evaluated. Lithia ran the code and it came back as a misfire. When the spark plugs were replaced the engine light turned off. Based on the report from Dishman Dodge, Lithia ran a compression test (around $1000) that came back totally normal. The Lithia service manager stated that Dishman made a 100% misdiagnosis and “skipped many steps” in their evaluation. I picked my car up and it has been running great. I called Dishman and talked to the manager of the service department to explain the misdiagnosis, the $14000 they nearly cost me and the $1000 they did cost me. The service manager did not address my issue, did not acknowledge their mistake, was silent after my questions and did not even offer a simple apology. With that said, I suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere for service needs. Daniel at Lithia Dodge provided great service.

Recently had my Ram 2500 in for routine service as well as a minor repair on my Ram Box. Very happy with all the folks in the service center. Getting an appointment was easy and prompt. Their staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Tawny White was a pleasure to deal with.. she went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the repair and actually rolled up her sleeves and assisted the mechanics... who were also great. I will definitely be using these folks in the future when needed.

The service center had my truck three different times, still never fixed the issue it was dropped off for. Drove the truck without sufficient air in the bags and kept turning the tires after rubbing the front bumper. The service manager was only willing to cover the cost of one of the two tires they destroyed.

My 2016 JKU RUBICON has been under the care of Robert in the Dishman service department for years. I’m 70, have owned dozens of cars / 5 have been jeeps / almost all bought new. Of all those cars and all those years I’ve never felt like I could really trust my service advisor. Well, Robert is the man, a straight shooter and it’s made all the difference. A hard commodity to find these days.

Great experience! This is our 2nd time leasing from Dishman. Our salesperson Edgar, had the precise model of vehicle we wanted set aside for our test drive before we arrived, had expert knowledge for all our questions and perfectly facilitated our lease. It couldn't have gone smoother!

Absolutely amazing experience. I don’t ever wish to go through a grueling car buying experience, but this was the most painless and easiest I have ever done. Saw the vehicle, called on it, went in and drove it. Absolutely no hassle. Gave them our price and we were out of there in an hour. Wow. I would do it again. Thanks to Yuri, the salesman, and Cody in finance, they both were awesome. Highly recommend. And what a rig I got! Dang!

Pleasantly surprised with the great service at a dealer. First time at this one. Took longer than I wished to get appointment, but once there they took the time to listen to my concern. Went for a long drive with adviser over large bumps to try to get it to make the sound I'd been experiencing. Naturally the car behaved perfectly, but I was pleased with the amount of time he spent with me to diagnose the non issue.
