Had a break down 1 block away. Waiting for AAA needing to use the restroom so badly. Somehow a gentleman let my 2 sisters use the facilities while I waited in the car for help. They came back then I went there and they told me tough luck we are closing. A half hour later they are still open and I looked them up and they are going to be open still another half hour. So I called and the same girl played dumb like she had never told me no. Give them your business if you want… but they are completely apethetic toward people in distress. I will never give them my business!!!

They won't let you into the store if they're mopping... this has happened several times, I let it go. But after this last time, why bother trying to go when u can't come in half the time lol

Genuinely the worst place to work and shop. Management is atrocious, and has been known to fire employees for very little to no reason and everything is close to three times as expensive as at other stores. If you can, I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. Literally anywhere is better than this.

Tried pumping gas here but the card reader on pump 1 failed to function with two different cards. As I sat their fumbling through their malfunctioning equipment this short tech looking guy with a goatee motions for me to turn my vehicle off while I pump. That's kind of an antiquated measure to take these days with every car being internal combustion but I obliged out of respect for their business. And I kid you not after i turn the car off I look back at the dude who is just standing there smoking a cigarette right in front of a no smoking sign. Dude you're an absolute imbecile if your honest concern was a fire hazard with the car being. Especially while working in the auto repair industry where you work on people's vehicles. Understand your own professions theory better and keep your mouth shut. It's either you're incompetent or you take pleasure in telling people what to do. Either way. You're the one who is the actual danger to your place of work and the people who were there. There was a literal no smoking sign right next to you as you had an open flame next to the gas pumps. I give this place two stars because the dude who works the register is cool as hell! You stay real homie. Tell your coworker to get a life or follow standard safety measures.

Every step of getting my car repaired with Divine’s Auto Center was done as professionally as one would hope for. Found them online using a Google search, read the reviews, and decided to reach out to them. Within an hour of submitting a “Contact Us” email, I was talking to Mike at the 3rd Ave (Downtown Spokane) site. I described to him the issue I was having with my car and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have an inspection.
