Despite going here every two weeks to deposit cash on my Chime card, they suddenly decided they don't know if they do Chime deposits or not. At first they tried telling they don't do it. Then they said they weren't sure. I told them I do this every two week and from there they tried to discourage me from trying before finally admitting they don't know how. All the while, a customer gets violent and aggressive in line because he blames me for their ineptitude and I had to put my shopping cart in front of the door to slow him down since he was trying to follow me outside. I finally had to threaten him with mace when he kept following me. The Dollar Tree used to be a neat place to visit, but it has recently turned into a scab of the community. I too my business one door down to Rite-Aid and I'll take all my business elsewhere going further. I spend $300 a month at that store, but as brick and mortar stores because more and more dysfunctional, I rather just shop online.

Ah! For once...a well-stocked, clean Dollar Tree. If it wasn't for the surly, not-in-a-hurry clerk, "H...," this would be five stars.

It would be nice if the cashier wouldn't talk forever to another employee, holding up the line. She didn't look at me once. So I had to interrupt her gossiping to ask to use the restroom (I'm pregnant, by the way) to which she replied "I thiiiiiiiink it's closed... Right?" Seriously, you're too comfortable with your job.

The cashier (he was wonderful). There was another employee that came in to work and she looked like she hadn't brushed her hair in a week and I'm not exaggerating.

Staff is always pleasant, store is always clean.However tweakers are allowed to steal cuz nothing happens.Not safe. Something needs to change there.

I live on south hill. Once in a while I'll drive to this store. Guess I have to count my stuff. Got charged for 2 can openers when I got 1 ?

The lady ringing us up was more concerned about ordering star bucks and left a ahole bag of my stuff at her register. She was rude and smelled like Cigarettes. Won't be babk.

Seems that customer service is a joke. They had one cashier, the line was clear to the back of the store. When the one cashier called for back up, the other employees in the store made no effort to provide any sort of assistance. After about 45-min two employees made it to the front of the store. When a customer started to clap that there was going to be another cashier, the employee who's name began with an "S" told him to shut his f-ing mouth and he didn't run the g-d store.Five customers got tired of the game that was being played placed their merchandise down and left.The store was a total disaster, merchandise thrown on the floor, creating tripping hazards. Someone did make an attempt to sweep the floor, but left the trash and broom in the middle of the store.A customer dropped a jar, she offered to sweep up the glass again "S" blamed the customer for intentionally dropping the jar.The manager should consider in looking at the amount of people they may want to have on duty, especially on Sunday-back-up cashiers and someone to pick up the merchandise off the floor-this store is a walking law-suit.Someone needs to tell "S" to keep her foul mouth to herself-not good for company relations.

It was ok but no public restrooms and the cashier stated that they had been inoperable for a month due to a water leak. Maybe the manager should get that fixed. If I'd been able to use the bathroom I'd probably have spent more.

People inside shopping are rude and impatient as hell and the cashiers say rude snide comments if you dare to pay for your things with quarters. All I went there for was snakes and I didn’t feel using my Debit Card and every single person in there Crucified me. I mean, come on people, you are at a bloody dollar store-expect people to be paying for things with change.
