As a local small business owner,nI highly recommend that you do not waste your valuable time trusting this dishonest store. I purchased a small chainsaw from them today that was listed as "needs carb work", and that description was a lie. When I took the saw apart I found that the carb was perfectly fine but the rest of the saw was missing parts,(washers ECT.). The saw was missing enough parts that it basically wasn't even worth trying to fix. I believe that the store did not know what was actually wrong with the saw and only threw a lable on it in order throw it up in the shelf in the hopes that some poor sucker (me) would buy it. The store would have made more money off me had they been honest and labeled it as " needs work, unknown issues" , as I would have spent more money buying a different saw from them. As a business owner I quite frequently need to shop for tools and necessities. I will never go to this store again, I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I suggest everyone else do the same in order to protect themselves from being ripped off

excellent experience buying power tools, great discount prices! and have to say Andrew paid great attention to my specific tool needs making sure i got everything i needed... testing tools accordingly and most importantly he didnt pressure the sale was very patient with me being picky and choosey whilst multi tasking handling up to 5 customers needs simultaneouslywould give andrew 10 stars

Avoid this place for sales or pawns. I've been shopping around for the best price on a few items I want to sell, and this place offers half what the other pawn shops in town do. Scummy.

Andrew went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. He genuinely made my entire week. This pawn shop has everything you could want…. And then some. I encourage you that is you need something for work, come here. You want to get someone something for birthdays, Christmas or anniversaries, come here. I would even say, come here before shopping at Amazon.

I went to the store to pick an engagement ring and found the perfect one! Taylor helped us get it sent out for sizing. She was SO helpful, knowledgeable and personable! She made us feel totally comfortable like we were in good hands. Yay Taylor! You rock!!!

Huge selection of products, but the prices are pretty high on several of them. I have seen several electronics items marked at new retail price for something that is very used. This place stays pretty busy, so you might have to wait a few minutes to be helped at the counter.

Really not happy about this place. Just went in to buy a revolver I looked at last week. Unfortunately someone else bought it. The guy who was helping me (dont recall his name, but he has a goatee and glasses if that helps any) said he could order it... Quotes me a price on it that was about $50 more than I remember it being when I looked at the one last week. The guy who helped me last week (Patrick) was there and I asked him about the price. The guy helping me, without even saying anything, stops interacting with me and walks off and starts doing other stuff. Patrick comes over, starts looking up the gun for order and quotes me a price of around $30 less than what this other guy just quoted me!!! The guy starts to argue with Patrick about pricing, which I ask him at that point if that's why he just walked off mid transaction? I told him that he was being very rude... He told me I am rude!!!!I don't know what this guys problem is but I said never mind and left. I am doing more and more of my shopping in Idaho... And now this is one more place I am scratching off my list of places I shop at in Washington.It's sad, I like this store, and you would think with Washington's assault against guns that gun stores would really emphasize to their employees that now more than ever they need to treat their customers with a lot more respect and kindness... And certainly not try to rip someone off.Oh well...

5 stars on the gun side of the store. IQ points drop off severely on the pawn side. These morons sell precious metals and don't know what a Troy oz. is. They are trying to sell 100grams of silver as 3.5 ounces of silver. It's 3.215 ounces. They kicked me out of the store for trying to show them this and sell it at the right price.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I do not like one of their employees as she is very very unreasonable but the regular staff that has been there for years is AMAZING! they take care of me every single time with no questions asked. avoid Taylor as she isn't the best to work with on the selling side, but everyone else is just the kindest people you could ever meet. Thank you Double Eagle for not taking advantage of people and being the best part of pawning for me! I am in such appreciation for what this company has done for me and my son
