They're good I do like getting items at their store but I would be cautious of some of their clothing, bought a friend a dark orange dress I got for myself in a different size, because she loved how it looked on me, (an XL for me and for her an XLL). Unfortunately the first try on for her dress she noticed that the side of the dress near the cleavage area that the dress was missing the seams at the edges and the rope to tie up the top of the dress broke off. I included the video down below with her in the process of attempting to repair the dress. Just a warning to check the product before perchance, other than that, the ladies had great customer service 2 and a half out of 5 stars for me.

I loved the store, totally my vibe but I got rushed out of there basically. I had some stuff in my hands and was not done, walked by the register and the woman insisted I leave the products I picked out on the counter. I had 2 other bags with me from other shops so maybe she was suspicious that I’d steal items (I would never). Continued walking around when I noticed that she started ringing up my things even though I wasn’t near done. I decided to finish looking around because I felt pressured to be done, once I got to the counter she asked if I had room in my other bags and I said no, she proceeded to roll her eyes and give me a ridiculously sized bag for the things I had. Very poor customer service.

I love earthbound's home decor so last time I went in I got 2 outfits to try. I am now regretting it and thinking they are cheaply made because a huge hole ripped down the seam of the pocket first day of owning it and a week later the seam along the crotch of the other pair has come undone, first pair I only wore once and second pair I only wore twice. For how expensive they are im extremely disappointed, this was a waste of my money so please don't waste yours.

Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!

Recently I went in and bought a lamp for my spouses birthday. I had called the store in advance and they held the product for me until I could pick it up. When I got home and plugged it in it didn’t quite look the way I had envisioned. I called the store and they told me I could bring it back in and compare it to the others they had in stock. I came back the following day and they brought out the other lamps (same product) and proceeded to plug them all in to see if any of them looked the way I had hoped. They even turned off the lights to the store so I could get a better look. I didn’t end up liking the way the other lamps looked but I did find different style of lamp and a diffuser instead. They made the return/exchange process very quick and easy. All of the employees involved went above and beyond with the customer service they offered. Never once did they become impatient or rude with me throughout this process. They were understanding with my point of view and truly worked with me to find a reasonable solution. 10/10 would recommend.

so i wont be back lmao! the woman with short black hair kept following me and bothering me when i was just trying to shop. clearly she thought i was stealing because i had a big bag(damn arent “hippies” supposed to support saving bags and reusing???). worst thing about this store is its supposed to be spiritual and zen yet these employees have the most rancid, busted, vibes. glad your 17 an hr really makes you hustle onto people and harass them as if youre saving the town!! and of course she was white. i looked an noticed many other people complaining about this and clearly they havent learned or cared. so yeah dont give your money to them ?

Didn’t appreciate being followed around the store as a woman of color. I’ve shopped here before and I was with some friends and didn’t have this problem.Weird energy, won’t be back.

The staff are incredibly kind at Earthbound located in the Northtown Mall! One staff member in particular, Brittney, went above and beyond in helping me. Brittney told me what sections of the store had sales going on, and was kind enough to wrap all six of my candles individually with paper. I so appreciate the awesome people that work here!

This store was absolutely amazing, I visited this place with my friend and her Mom. I found it to be truly awesome as the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff. They were very willing to help with whatever I needed however they were not hovering when I would like to browse alone they were super hands off until I needed help. I ended up purchasing some super cute jewelry which I adore!

manager is EXTREMELY rude, way overpriced for item quality, and employees are not attentive to customers waiting at register. bad, judgmental vibe overall.
