Didn’t appreciate being followed around the store as a woman of color. I’ve shopped here before and I was with some friends and didn’t have this problem.Weird energy, won’t be back.

The staff are incredibly kind at Earthbound located in the Northtown Mall! One staff member in particular, Brittney, went above and beyond in helping me. Brittney told me what sections of the store had sales going on, and was kind enough to wrap all six of my candles individually with paper. I so appreciate the awesome people that work here!

This store was absolutely amazing, I visited this place with my friend and her Mom. I found it to be truly awesome as the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff. They were very willing to help with whatever I needed however they were not hovering when I would like to browse alone they were super hands off until I needed help. I ended up purchasing some super cute jewelry which I adore!

The workers were amazing, I felt amazing in there, they were very honest and showed me how to style my clothes with full enthusiasm. They gave me a lot of information about the products. Their prices are amazing for the products that they have. I would stay all day in this store if I could. 100/10, best store I have been too.

Way too new age and uneducated. The cultural appropriation in this store is wild. There is some good things in this store but leave Dharmic practices out of it. I cant stand white people trying to make money from other cultures. The usage of chakras and other Dharmic practices in this store is unreal. I doubt the staff knows about Dharmic practices. Nothing angers me more than seeing people playing around with other cultures. Chakras are not your fashion. Please buy things that come from Hinduism in Indian owned shops and stop letting white people make money off of Indian cultures. This store is annoying. REMOVE DHARMIC PRACTICES FROM THIS STORE

I love this store it is one of my favorite places to go too. I always come here to stock up on incense they have so many different types and they are really cheep too! They have so many different types of crystals and things to store your little trinkets. They also have cool earrings as well, everything is very cottage core and indie vibes. Nice clothes but clearly they don't want the business. The workers were extremely rude and condescending. Standing there I watched several shoppers walk in, and promptly walk out. My particularly petite and small wife was looking for a specific size and the worker kept scoffing at my wife, about what she thought her size is. I had to leave because it was so bad. If the owners see this and wonder why business has been so bad, this one can't be blamed on covid.
