I've been in to see Kelly twice and I'm coming up on my third appointment. She is professional, friendly and seems like a wonderful person. She makes sure to put her clients at ease and is a great conversationalist. Her pricing is affordable and she does an amazing job. I recommend this salon for all your hair needs. She has expertise in both white and black hair.

If you are looking for extensions and have Caucasian hair, do NOT come here! I got extensions here and when I had the extensions taken out to be tightened she cut a big chunk of my hair off!! Since then, I went to a facility that knows how to work with Caucasian hair. This place will braid your hair, which is not recommended for Caucasian hair and within 4 weeks you will be going back because your extensions will be falling out.

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Do not go here! The people were extremely rude and did not perform the service they said they would. My niece had an appointment to get braids and extensions done. The appointment was scheduled a week prior. When the day came, she went in and they told her to come back in a few hours. Even though she was scheduled for a specific time. We waited until the time they said, came back, and then they said they didn't remember the conversation about making the appointment. When text message evidence was shown, she made up another excuse as to why she couldn't perform the service she had previously promised. My niece starts her first day of middle school this week and was so excited to get her hair done. She left the salon in tears! Horrible service! Would never recommend!

Kelly is AMAZING her professionalism customer service and attention to detail is just great she works with you she'll talk to you the shop is clean I can't say one bad thing about this if you're new in town and need extensions braiding Ebony and Ivory hair design and weaves I will recommend you anyone and everyone if you love great customer service honesty and a hair stylist that will perform to your standards this place goes above and beyond especially what I expected I love it I will be returning here regularly thank you guys
