Quick, honest, professional.
I had a basketball hoop fall on my jeep, and they not only fixed everything but also was able to match the jeep top texture paint as well. Fantastic job. Everything was smooth through State Farm. Definitely pack your patience with any colisión repair. It’s tough work and time to get done correctly.

Was referred here by my insurance after hitting a deer. I confirmed over the phone with an associate that I could drop the vehicle off. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist acted like I was an inconvenience—rolling her eyes and questioning if my insurance had contacted them. It was clear there was no internal communication about my visit. I was too frustrated to continue. Poor customer service—I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Never had them work on any of my vehicles! I was a parts delivery person. I delivered to about 20 bodyshops daily including other Crash Champions. I hesitated to stop at this location daily because of the rudeness and organization of this facility. There was times in my 8ft wide box truck I had issues avoiding customer cars waiting on parts with sometimes less than inches to spare. The parts room I don't even want to talk about, but I'm not impressed. I have been in and out of automotive industry since I was 17 years old. I will not bring my cars or trucks to a business who was the worst of my 20 daily stops and treated me rudely. If Crash Champions is a must go to for you I would choose a different location where you'll be treated better by their staff and not worried about getting damaged further waiting for repair.

They do fantastic work. I am very happy with them. I have taken my truck to them twice and both times has been fantastic like new. Best place to go.

Communication is terrible. Went to pick up my car and found multiple problems. Scratches in the new fender. Bumper was not aligned properly and hood was untouched with a front end collision. Had to leave the car for more repairs. Not satisfied at all. Would not recommend this shop for repairs.
