“Very nice knowledgeable professional guys that work there. It’s been many years since I have had to have anything fixed and the sticker shock on a screen for an iPad and a phone was very shocking! I did request a veterans discount, but they were not able to do that. I hope I never have to have anything ever fixed again! Ha ha. The cost to repair these things does not seem to be in line with the market cost of devices, which seems to me, the devices themselves are overall cheaper than getting them repaired, but it is a crapshoot, and when you’re stuck and have no choice, which sucks that there is not better choices, you gotta do what you Gotta do I guess. These guys are close to me on the south hill if they had been any further, I probably would have checked other places but I didn’t. So far the work of Cours is good and they do have a lifetime warranty on the parts and service which is a plus, I guess that helps soften the sticker shock for the New screens only. They were incredibly fast in fixing less than 24 hours. That’s also a big plus! Right now I don’t feel as bad about paying what I paid after discussing it on here lol it’s still cost too much and I am old! Thx CPR!!”

They only charged me for the diagnostic, and after they had tested new custom ordered parts and spend several hours on it, they determined it was unfixable, but did not charge me a dime for the parts. “What a fantastic experience! I filed a claim with T-Mobile when my phone quit working and just had a flickering screen. One option was to have a same-day repair attempt. I figured, "well, why the heck not?" as I had nothing to lose from trying. Even if they were unable to repair my phone, I still had the option to get a new one sent. I decided to try for the best. Because I filed an insurance claim, my full repair cost me $30 + tax. Replacement would have cost $99 + tax. It was SOOOO easy. I made my appointment, walked right in, was greeted by friendly smiling people, answered a couple simple questions, was told to come back in about an hour and a half, and reclaim my phone. I came back and the darn thing was fixed! Fast, friendly, and totally effective without any pre-conceived expectation from me. If you have a phone issue, use your insurance through your cell provider, then take it to Batteries/Bulbs+ and their expert tech will bust their butt to make it right. Customer for life!”
“Washer quit on August 8. A repairman attempted a repair but needed parts which were shipped directly to us on August 16-20. The repair was completed September 23 in good order.”
