My husband I have been going to Elevation Fitness since their start. We love it. The instructors are amazing and work with you, accommodating any physical issues you may have. A plus is meeting some great people in your class. You don’t have to be embarrassed at all because you do what you can do. I have been able to improve my balance, muscle strength and feel great. Now with COVID we have been able to do our classes at home on Zoom which I love just as much. As older members (77) we highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love the Rebuild & Restore class with Jenny on Monday’s!! Low impact and such a great workout! I’m still sore two days later but in a good way

Elevation Fitness offers a great variety of classes and class times. There is really something for everyone. The instructors are well trained and welcoming. They create classes that are both fun and challenging. They assure that you use proper form and help you to find alternative exercises if you need a modification for what is planned. Additionally, they motivate you to push yourself to that next level of fitness. I love working out at Elevation Fitness!

I've enjoyed going to triple threat which is a strength, cardio conditioning class. The spin class combo is great too! The trainers provide help to show you how to improve your form and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I have been working out here for a few years now. There is a wide variety of classes that are fun and challenging (without being intimidating). The instructors are super friendly and do a great job providing a motivating workout that fits a wide range of levels. Modifications are always offered for those with injuries, etc. You will see yourself get stronger and enjoy yourself doing it!!

I have been working out at Elevation Fitness for almost 5 years and can not say enough great things about it! From the top notch instructors, the challenging classes that push you towards your goals, to the great people I get to workout with, it is the best place to workout. If you haven't tried a class you need to. They have something for everyone! Or, if you are like me and like everything you can workout multiple times a day/week and love every minute of it! Keep it up Elevation Fitness, I am looking forward to another 30 years of great workouts!

There are so many classes to choose from! But my favorite thing about elevation are the instructors and the ability to modify any exercise that I need to so I don't get hurt.
