Always have a good experience when renting a car with enterprise. I love the fact that they offer pick up and drop off service which I use almost every time I rent a vehicle.

Very polite with amazing free cancelation policy! I forgot to cancel my reservation and when they called me not only they didn't charge me but they were super polite about it. Definitely they will see my business again.

I'll preface this by saying I have been renting from Enterprise numerous times a year for a dozen years. After my last experience here, I will never rent from Enterprise again. I reserved a car several weeks ahead of time, and on the day I showed up, the associates told me the car hadn't been returned and that nothing else was available. The associate finally got ahold of the person with the car I had reserved, and she decided to extend the rental, and the associate let her--effectively giving away my rental reservation out from under me. There was no apology, no offer to get me in a different car, no offer to make things right--just...shrugs. I had an eight-hour drive to make for business that day, and the Enterprise employees completely ruined my trip and couldn't seem to care less. I can't imagine any business operating this way. Why would I ever count on Enterprise again if they make no effort to honor a reservation? I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I'll be ensuring everyone I know does too.

The manager lacks honesty and integrity, They advertise as a Veteran friendly this Vet did not find that to be the case. I will continue to past daily until the problem is rectified or Andy keeps his word. I still haven't received the call Andy promised me about the wrecked rental
I got a call about paying for extra days . I Spoke with Andy was told I would get a call Tuesday when I expressed my disappointment he hung up on me now it's Thursday still no refund or phone call
Atta boy Andy. At least your lies at consistant. Well day 8 still no call from Andy. Did receive a call they are going to process it so ture to my word I will keep posting until rectified. True to my word a shout out to the rest of Andy's team for picking up the slack for their manager lack of integrity. File finally closed .

I've been using Enterprise Exclusively for a few years now and the couple times ive run into problems they have went above and beyond to make things right, especially the staff here in downtown Spokane. Thank you.
