We were informed that Enterprise "will pick and drop you off, if needed". We returned our rental at 4:35pm (25mins before scheduled drop time). When I stated we needed that ride home, we were informed that the drop off service ended at 4:30pm so, that ride home was not given to us. This time detail would have been extremly helpful to us and our current vehicle situation, especially since enterprise was aware of our 5pm drop time and that we may need a ride home. I recommend enterprise employees share this highly important detail with their customers in the future.

So great to work with. Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop for repairs. Had to extend a couple of times because the shop took longer than expected and the process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative.

This was my first experience with enterprise and I had to use them because of a car accident. They OFFER TO PICK YOU UP FROM GERBER. That was huge to me! They brought me back to their building and I was able to go through everything and leave within a few minutes. Then, when I brought the car back, THEY OFFERED TO DRIVE ME BACK OVER TO GERBER TO GET MY CAR. AMAZING!! Their customer service was also very kind. Thank you to this Enterprise for making this first time experience a good one. Highly recommended!

I booked via phone and when I got to the office they said had nothing today. I needed to leave ASAP for a family funeral and these guys went above and beyond to get me something. They got me a truck and even gave me the rate I was quoted. Amazing! Will definitely rent again!

After waiting 20 min for pickup called and customer support said shuttle was coming but just probably running later. After another 20 min called local office and they said they didn't send anyone because I hadn't called to confirm I was ready (even though I had confirmed the day before that I would be picked up). It's been an hour now and still waiting...haven't even received my car yet and already having a terrible experience.

There is NO KEY DROP BOX at this location. So if you plan to drop off your car last minute like I did, think again, you'll likely end up being billed for an extra day because you'll have to drive to a completely different location to drop it off, which means arranging for someone to pick you up at whatever location you end up going to and creates a GIGANTIC HASSLE for both you and whoever was going to pick you up originally. It would be nice if they gave you a heads up on this, but I didn't find out until I got there to drop off my car and couldn't. Very frustrating!

Downtown Spokane Enterprise. Had a car for 5 weeks due to an accident. Horrible experience. Staff was rude going in, uncooperative in dealing with insurance company and repair shop. Several hours after I returned the car they left me a message saying they were going to charge my credit card $150 for detailing due to pet hair. They did this before they used a vacuum to clean it. (There was some pet hair that was tracked into the passenger foot area, but nowhere else in the car). Kim the manager was especially rude. Thru the employee who checked the car in under the bus. She told me it is within their discretion to determine condition of rental and to charge a detailing fee if they deemed it appropriate. Very frustrating. Avoid Enterprise if you can.

Ben was amazing in helping me figure out a rental car for my insurance claim, there was a miscommunication between everyone and he went above and beyond to get it all figured out and got me in contact with the correct location and reservation.

They lied about having one available then when my insurance company called and said that their own corporate policy says they have to leave vehicles available for insurance claims they all the sudden found me a vehicle, then when returning it I was supposed to owe anything I made sure I got the asst manager name of course they tried getting money from me, I had to remind him of our conversation and it wasn't until I said a specific phrase in front of other customers he was like oh ok I remember now your right no charge.. I don't do business with shady people so won't go back and won't recommend them

I usually rent cars to go to Seattle or Portland. Every single time, everyone has been very friendly and pleasant to do business with.

UPDATE: I've contacted the email address below as directed with no follow up or response!!! There is no true Care @ Enterprise just a joke of a company!!! When it comes to renting from Enterprise we have come accustomed to filth and poor customer service... if we set our expectations too high we're not only disappointed but in a sense our trip could've been ruined so we hopped inside the visibly gross rental, passed around the hand sanitizer and our adventures began! I wouldn't recommend them... I suggest always bringing wipes... and above all lower your standards to avoid utter disappointment!!!
