I needed a short notice day-of rental and the booking process was so simple. I arrived at my scheduled time and was promptly assisted. The icy roads previous had made them very busy with replacement rentals but I mever felt rushed or stressed. Mark was so professional and knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time despite the busyness. Great customer service!

Really don't know how this place has a low rating. As a person under 25 years of age and renting through insurance, this was an easy process. I'm appreciative to 2 staff members who take of me for a little over a month of me having the rental. Both super sweet people and explained everything to me well, even giving me a good deal on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I get renting a car is expensive and stressful, but they review everything with you as well as the charges and what to do within the grace period if the vehicle is not up to par. They walk you through the car, checking the tires, ask that you take pictures if you notice anything wrong and go through what happens if any lights pop up and encourage you take take the vehicle back if there are problems and get you into a new one. I personally had 0 problems with the car the entirety of having it and recommend this location.

I was forced to rent a car through my Geico insurance after getting T-boned in a car accident three weeks ago. Once I arrived at the Enterprise location on Division St., two employees had to drive me out to another location in Spokane Valley to pick up my rental. Not very convenient. I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage and told that the tire tread was low and I'd likely have to change them out after two weeks. As a renter, I don't feel it's my responsibility to swap the tires out - and don't have a lot of time to do so - and I also expect to have a rental car that won't put me in any type of danger while I'm on the road. I was told I'd be able to swap the car out if anything was wrong and called Enterprise on Monday (the 17th). They had nothing available at the time, but indicated they'd call back by Friday. That didn't happen and I left a voicemail Friday morning. My call wasn't returned so I called again in the early afternoon. I spoke to one employee who said there might be a car available, but then spoke to a manager who told me again I could take the vehicle to a nearby tire shop to get the tires replaced. Once again, I don't feel it's not my job to do this, nor do I have time during a week day to wait up to an hour or two at a tire shop. Dealing with repairs for my own damaged car has already caused enough hassle and stress. I understand rental inventory is low, especially in the summer, but I was disappointed with the service and stunned I was asked (on multiple occasions) to change the car's tires myself. I have to make a longer drive early next week and don't comfortable using my current rental with the state of the tires.

The insurance company of the party who hit my pregnant wife (Country Financial) has been absolutely dreadful to work with and fumbled the rental appointment and location and won't answer their phone. Enterprise went out of their way to pick me up and make sure I was taken care of. Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you for looking after my family Enterprise!

Always pleased with the service I receive at Enterprise. They drop the car off at dealership and pick it up from there when I get my vehicle back! I’ve never had any problems with them. Highly recommended!

Customer service I would rate A++ I wouldn't recommend any other car rental place but this actual store itself. I had problems with my schedule and return time. This company was understanding, caring and compassionate. I believe when Customer service is good you should always give them a rating but I'd rate everything here A++ The car I rented was very clean and ran like a champ. No problems with it. Thanks guys for your understanding and caring attitudes. The work etiquette that you bring to Spokane is something I'd like to see more of.

I was in yesterday to pick up a rental as my car undergoes repairs. Staff is nice. The options were very limited, that is understandable, and I did decline a large truck initially.I was placed into a purple chevy spark.That's fine....the issue is; this things smells like vomit..or rotting food. Can't place it, but the odor is putrid.I tried to do a tradeout with the valley....but no other options.Very gross.If you rent from here, avoid the purple chevy spark. Lol.
