Unfortunately I had to give at least 1 star and i surely hope this makes sense so here it goes...apparently they want you to give a $300 deposit on top of the almost $150 to rent a car for 1 day so you can go home (home is 2 hours away)...not sure why you can't pick up a car rental in spokane and drop the rental off with an Enterprise in another town...and to top that off they say you cannot use a debit card (which proves you actually have money verses a credit card which does NOT ensure you have money! Crazy...especially when you have your Bank account for umpteen years...just wow!!

Landed at the airport around 9:00 pm after a long day of travel. I had reserved a car online but was not aware of their policy of using a debit card that required proof of a return flight. I had not received my flight info for my upcoming departure a few days later and at first the ladies working the counter were hesitant about continuing with my reservation, but after a few minutes explaining my situation they entered some info into their computers and were able to take care of me very quickly. I'll definitely use Enterprise whenever I need a car in Spokane! Thanks again!

I used to love enterprise but will NEVER rent from this location again. We rented a car and when we got there the car wouldn't start at first, then when it did the radio/gps etc. didn't work and the ac kept going out before we even left the lot. We went to the attendant to ask for assistance and he inspected the car and saw the issue but informed us there were no other cars available but that if we kept the car they would refund us or put a note in their system that the next rental with enterprise would be free, all we needed to do was contact customer service to get the full refund or to rent the next car. The guy was super nice about everything so we took his word on that and when we returned we called customer service. We got the run around and never received a refund but instead of waiting, called to just get the credit towards our next rental on the next trip. We spoke to a rep who set up our entire rental including notes on how it was supposed to be comped but when we arrived they charged our car with a $50 discount...it was a $500 rental so it was a bit of a slap in the face. We called enterprise again and now almost a YEAR later, are still dealing with the same issue. I just spoke with another rep and he informed us that unfortunately, the people at the individual locations get commission on the vehicles so they probably wanted to promise that in hopes you would get your next rental free from a different location because then it won't impact their revenue in Spokane as well as the employee commissions. I own a business and would never operate like this. The revenue/commission has nothing to do with me. The experience, the fee and the trust in the company i'm doing business with does, and they have lost it completely. Not only do I usually use enterprise Spokane, but my entire family does and we won't be using them anymore. It's a poor location with untrustworthy sales associates just wanting to make commission with poor vehicles that quite literally barely made it off the lot. Honestly, shame on the people who said they would help with the issue. I would never have people like that working for me and representing my company.

You have my information, I've attempted MULTIPLE times to resolve the issue and the first time I hear back from anyone from your branch is when I leave a review. Another great vehicle renting experience. We reserved the car a few months out, verified/confirmed we still wanted it and when we got to the Enterprise location Joe had us ready to drive away in less than 15 minutes. Pretty sweet.

Our car was in an accident on Saturday, on Sunday, we went to rent at the Spokane Valley location and they were "out of cars" until Tuesday. We went to the airport location and shout out to Erich and the manager on duty for diffusing the situation (my husband was upset), made us feel heard, provided us options and even asked what kind of car I was looking at if my car was totaled. Told him the car and they got me in one for the rental. Great service, pleasant and he went above and beyond!

You have to pay money to get the car early ($150 for an hour and a half earlier) So, when getting my car, I had to wait until hour later… do you pay me money then? Thanks for making us late for our reservations….Line was horrendous and service was abysmally slow. I would not recommend picking up from this location if you can avoid it.

Alamo and Enterprise staff were all great to work with. Quite a few workers so the line moved along well. Frankly everyone was very competent and well-trained. The hybrid Pacifica was a delightful surprise and just perfect. Tim was super pleasant to work with and Charles particularly took great care of us when we refreshed our rental.
I have to say, a young blond guy who looks like a chill surfer dude is like a ninja at getting folks rented and out the door! Didn’t see a name but he’s clearly good at his job!

Overall a painless enough of an experience. The people at the counter need to chill with the upsells and stop trying to pressure the customer even after they’ve said no several times though

When you call, it goes straight to voicemail. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back, you have to call Enterprise Corporate to get any help.
