I have been getting Ester Lauder make up for about 15 years. Every time I go to the one in Macys they are out of that particular color or type of item I need. Twice it couldn’t even be ordered because it wasn’t offered anymore. So, I have had to look my product up on Estee Lauders site to order. It is so frustrating because it happens Every Single Time I visit the counter. Yo me it looks like they are phasing it out of the store slowly.
