I called in to request a same day flower delivery of flowers and spoke with Jo. She was amazing, kind, extremely helpful, and understanding of my last second delivery request. She was able to help me pick some flowers and had them delivered for me even though she had already delivered to that same area twice on this day. I highly recommend Evergreen Florist and will definitely use them again in the future!

Amazing experience with Evergreen Florist! We placed an online floral order for a delivery to a family member in the hospital. We put the wrong hospital for the delivery address. Not only did Evergreen Florist contact us that the hospital didn’t have a patient with that name but they went above and beyond by delivering to another hospital confirming the patient was there. So grateful for their incredible customer service on top of a beautiful bouquet delivery! We are big fans of Evergreen Florist!

We came in after the unexpected passing of a loved one, needing last minute flowers & they were able to help us & create a beautiful arrangement filled with our sister's favorite colors. They also had a prearranged bouquet we were able to add to our purchase. They were so kind & caring & made sure it was just what we wanted. The floral arrangements got so many compliments at the funeral. I would highly recommend this family ran, local shop and our whole family thanks them for the beautiful arrangements.

Evergreen florist is hands down, THEE best florist in all of Spokane. We had a vision for our wedding bouquet and boutonnière’s and they fulfilled all of our dreams and then some. We received so many compliments at our reception.
At the time we ordered the flowers and when we picked them up, we were treated like family. They were so kind, helpful and caring.

They put together the most beautiful urn wrap and picture frame wreath with less than 2 days notice! The staff were friendly and everything was ready for pick on time. I highly recommend this place.

I regularly send gifts and flowers to clients, for my job. I had a wonderful experience recently with Evergreen Florist! It was very easy to place an order online through their website. They offered quite a few options at different price points and themes for same-day delivery. They even took into account what the gift was for and tailored our order even more. It was perfect!
We love that it is a local family business. Jo was excellent in answering any questions we had and following up with delivery information. The recipient was so happy - her photo says it all!!! I highly recommend Evergreen Florist.

I am out of state and needed flowers for a loved one in the hospital. Instead of taking my money, florists knew the hospitals rules for flowers in the ICU and gave me other options. I called back once my loved one had moved out of ICU. I gave the florist her favorite flower and described the mood I wanted in the bouquet. Evergreen sent me a picture of the bouquet. It was perfect! Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend! I ordered online and I messed up, I called and they were happy to fix the issue. I requested them to pick the arrangement. We were not disappointed. The arrangement was huge and so very beautiful! The flowers are so fresh and smell so fragrant. Staff are friendly and so very caring!! I will absolutely use Evergreen again ?

I needed flowers for my wife's memorial. I had no clue what I was doing. The young lady that helped me was wonderful. She walked me through the process and the end result was beautiful. Wonderful care at an awful time. I'm grateful.

I called the night before a memorial service for a bouquet with gladiolas. Evergreen florist went out of their way to make sure we had a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the morning.
