Throughout the year I have spent a couple thousand of dollars at extra beauty on wigs and supplies. A little over a month ago I decided to purchase a human hair wig from extra beauty. I have fallowed all the care instructions and half the hair has already fallen out. I took it to extra beauty yesterday (I would have come sooner but I was in the middle of moving) were the old Asian lady starts yelling at me that she won't replace the wig or even attempt to help in the situation and ends up telling me to never come back. I kept my cool the entire time mind you. She then starts being extremely rude to the other customers in the store.

Have a huge selection in stock and they are nice people that will help you find what your looking for. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't have many options in the style I was looking for . A local business I recommend visiting

Always friendly and very knowledgeable of hair extentions and wigs fir all kinds of peoples and reasons. The owners are so friendly abd they keep aside a certain hair extention for me bevause they know I don't have many options when it comes to my hair and they help me with me selj esteem. Bless their hearts.

I have been going to this hair store for years! The family owns and runs it and they are wonderful and helpful! The daughter is such a lovely young lady and she helps me pick out what I need every time. They have very affordable hair in ever hair style and it's super convenient. I can't say enough good things about this hair store!

Horrible customer service. Staff can not multi task and I couldn’t try a wig on before I bought it. I rather spend my money with a black owned business! Stop spending your money with these crooks.

I never leave poor reviews. And I am doing one in hopes that it helps someone not experience this kind of customer service. I bought clip in hair extensions from them and they claim it was real human hair and it can’t possibly be real human hair. I called with my concerns and asked if I can at the very least exchange them for something else. They said to give them a deep conditioning treatment to hope they come back to life?!?! They are brand new. They won’t curl or straighten they are like plastic. The initial touch of them they seemed fine in the package. The young lady I Spoke with on the phone named Grace was very sweet and wanted to help me but said the owners said they are not willing to work with me in anyway because the manufacturer of the hair won’t. How can a business be ok with that?! So I’m out $239.00. I would recommend going someplace else for your hair extensions needs. I’ll stick with dr locks for now on.

went to get extensions since I colored my hair. got some clipins the gentleman gave me I thought they matched although the blonde was more of a silver highlight than a blonde color. and the silver is worse on some of the wefts. that was frustrating. Other than that they were reasonable priced for clip ins. Quality/amount of hair is good.

Great shop selections, and great prices. The store location is a bit difficult but I would actually suggest back roads, the highway turn is abrupt and sharp.
