Very painful. Burned my nails with her drill several times, polish bleed around nails. This was a fill. Pedicure was also painful. He pulled a piece of my skin off instead of cutting it. Also $85 was a bit much I thought. Never again.

I have been going to the Shadle location for over a year. I typically walk in do to my unpredictable schedule. They always accommodate and do a great job!

They were rude. They treated me like I was less than them. They acted like I was trying to steal service from them. Just all around bad customer service. Also felt very discriminated against.

The lady was short with me...pedi was 15 minutes max. I felt VERY RUSHED! This happened at the NEW location on N. Division/Hawthorne. She left big clumps of skin on my feet. Thank you to a young gal named Shaylen
(I believe) who took the time to make me feel validated by taking off my calluses! Her customer service made the experience worth it...otherwise I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!

This is just one hand. The other looks just as bad. Obviously the color is no good because it clumped and the gel is already peeling off, so I asked for a different color. They said they would charge anyway even though they did my nails only two days ago. I said no thanks and that I wing be back. The V older short haired Asian lady and the younger nicer one laughed hysterically. Don’t go here if you’re looking for quality work. Shame on them!

So they lady cut my toe, grumbled at me that it was my fault because of how I cut my toe nails, had to be told to stop hurting my other foot. I am still dealing with the infection days later. I really needed to treat myself to something nice, I got the opposite.

For some reason they said they were open online. When I got there in person, they said they were closed..(bear in mind they were people inside) and it wasn't two hours till their close time

I went today and liked this place until my polish got all bubbly. Lady said I turned on the fan too soon. I said I didn’t turn on the fan the lady who did my nails did. They didn’t offer re-paint. When I got home I noticed more have bubbled so I called. They said I have to go back today or they will not re-do. I said I just got home, way up on South Hill and that they should have re-done when I was there. They said too bad. I said I’ll give you the review you deserve then. I guess they don’t gaf if customers are happy. Booo! Don’t waste money here!

The service for the price is great. A nice, pleasant pedi. They have a ton of colors to choose from, both on trend and more subdued. Walk ins welcome, which is really convenient.
Requested style: I requested a colorful "French tip." They were willing to do it and it turned out really cute.
