I went in late in the afternoon and was greeted and helped to get my overnight package ready to meet the time of pickup. Everyone was great.

Everything I have had shipped from fedex in the last 4 years has not arrived on time. Always end up "in transit" at the Spokane valley location days after it was suppose to be delivered. Customer support is no help.

For some unknown reason they refused to deliver one pkg to me even tho address was correct. And they didn't allow me to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous.
