Terrible people and even worse customer service. They tried delivering a package while we were at work, said they were going to make another attempt on a specific day, waited at home that day and they changed their mind and refused to try to deliver it again. Made us drive 2+ hours to have to go pick it up. They are totally unreliable and liars. Avoid having to use this company at all costs.

FedEx refused to deliver a package to my business address because the address had road and not street, then told me I couldn’t have my package because address was wrong on my ID which is my residential address. Package was going to my business

They lying about attempting to deliver my package saying " Customer not available or business closed "First this is not a business second I been waiting for the package all day,third I got my other package delivered by other fedex driver,so why not say the other driver did not even try to come and deliver WHY the LYING???

Small little place, walmart gave me the wrong tracking information and the one I had was meant for a business and not the one I had to drive to this location to pick up. I still have not gotten my product I ordered but that's walmart s fault. They said it happens often so that was helpful. They where nice and helpful

Fedex is my favorite way to ship! Their employees work extra hard to make sure they get your packages safely to their destination. They're friendly and the prices are great!

They have had a package of mine lost for 3 months I've been getting the run around the whole time. Tracking says it's in Nashville but won't call me back. I would change this rating when I get my package.

Delivery person left the package on top of a public mailbox outside instead of my door. Yes it was stolen. Lazy delivery person. FedEx response, Sorry we will look into it?

A driver parked at the corner of our house. Posted attempted delivery and drove away without getting out of his truck. I was on my front porch. Waiting for him to walk up.

Not just THIS store, but FedEx these days. Bought a Tablet from the Microsoft store. Was to be delivered 11-30. Got email saying delayed till 12-1. Stayed home as requires signature. No show. Same on 12-2. So went to this store, they said package was there, would go and find it. Waited, outside as they said they would call.Went back in and they said it was on a delivery vehicle, tracking showed it at 11AM on vehicle, I was standing there waiting! Of course not here, now showing Monday when I will not be home.Not sure how they can stay in business when "2 day" shipping is now a week. They need to start paying more to the people that do the work and get back to actually having customer service.
