Had a piece of freight delivered and Josh did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He even helped me open the crate to make sure it was not broken before he left. Above and beyond for sure. What great customer service! Thank you also to Kim in the office for pleasant and helpful calls. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!

Had to pickup and drop off a crate for an event I had in the area, and the two guys at the will-call counter could not have been any nicer. Fantastic experience and took a lot of stress out of my trip.

This post is for the whole FedEx team. Over 50% of deliveries arrive at least a day later than stated in notifications. All late deliveries do not show as arriving late until noon or later of the scheduled date. Condition of shipping box/container is hot and miss. I'd rather have accurate shipping data than being a 'pretender' in the shopping business.

Very slow process; took 50 minutes to pickup 1 freight item at FedEx Spokane. Staff available just not well organized.

Delivery drivers cannot read addersses!! Delivery of a very large heavy box was dropped off at the wrong address.

The customer service here is wonderful. I pick up shipments all the time. Everyone is always so pleasant. I wish every business I deal with had customer service like this. An amazing team for sure.

Everyone is so nice and helpful, they allowed us to pick up live plant material at dock side. The temps were so cold, it was important for us to take possession as quickly as possible.

Not sure if this is the hub. But FedEx was suppose to deliver a package on Thursday, then Friday, then Sat, then Mon, for sure Monday per customer service Rep. Still waiting. This item is a needed medical device for my child and here we wait. Their computer system and then staff when you finally can talk to them are not helpful at all.

Worked here for two and a half years and during that time I saw 8+ supervisors leave, 30-40 dock workers/drivers as well.The station manager doesn't care for his employees, just what the numbers show for his bosses.Forklifts constantly go down, computer system is buggy and crashes often.You can be a great dock worker but get paid the same as someone who does absolutely nothing all day long.The company doesn't understand how to train it's employees to load trailers correctly and it impacts the drivers who run those routes.They over hire every fall for drivers and dock workers only to call off people all winter long and expect those same workers to stay when getting less then 15hrs a week.Avoid working here at all cost and be warry about shipping thru this company if you don't want your shipment damaged.

Like UPS they were absolutely no help and take to long in responding plus no accountability when they damage or lose shipments funny thing is I've spent my entire life in trucking and Expidite and know the liability rules well, all carriers are required to obtain liability insurance for just this reason they need to be held accountable.

A fedex employee damaged my floor liner in my mercedes benz sprinter and was told that I would get a call to resolve the issue and never did get a call. Later when I called again was told I'd get a call the next day once again never did. Horrible service

Worked here for a year and 6 months. Easy job. The manager is a condescending tool, avoid him at all costs. Their equipment (forklifts and computer systems) are always breaking down so prepare to get yelled at for not doing your job because they won't fix anything and blame employees for their shortcomings. Terrible place to work, just avoid.

394853941425 our boxes were outside the garage door, no knock on the door. Just drop and drive away (last two shipments of stuff).
