Everyone is so nice and helpful, they allowed us to pick up live plant material at dock side. The temps were so cold, it was important for us to take possession as quickly as possible.

Not sure if this is the hub. But FedEx was suppose to deliver a package on Thursday, then Friday, then Sat, then Mon, for sure Monday per customer service Rep. Still waiting. This item is a needed medical device for my child and here we wait. Their computer system and then staff when you finally can talk to them are not helpful at all.

Worked here for two and a half years and during that time I saw 8+ supervisors leave, 30-40 dock workers/drivers as well.The station manager doesn't care for his employees, just what the numbers show for his bosses.Forklifts constantly go down, computer system is buggy and crashes often.You can be a great dock worker but get paid the same as someone who does absolutely nothing all day long.The company doesn't understand how to train it's employees to load trailers correctly and it impacts the drivers who run those routes.They over hire every fall for drivers and dock workers only to call off people all winter long and expect those same workers to stay when getting less then 15hrs a week.Avoid working here at all cost and be warry about shipping thru this company if you don't want your shipment damaged.

Like UPS they were absolutely no help and take to long in responding plus no accountability when they damage or lose shipments funny thing is I've spent my entire life in trucking and Expidite and know the liability rules well, all carriers are required to obtain liability insurance for just this reason they need to be held accountable.

A fedex employee damaged my floor liner in my mercedes benz sprinter and was told that I would get a call to resolve the issue and never did get a call. Later when I called again was told I'd get a call the next day once again never did. Horrible service

Worked here for a year and 6 months. Easy job. The manager is a condescending tool, avoid him at all costs. Their equipment (forklifts and computer systems) are always breaking down so prepare to get yelled at for not doing your job because they won't fix anything and blame employees for their shortcomings. Terrible place to work, just avoid.

Zero stars, I have been trying to get my package for two weeks now with no communication from Fedex. They have told me multiple times that they will call to reschedule or call to update me but it never happens. They schedule delivery times many different times and never committed to it. I am having to pick up my package myself that is how frustrated I am. I understand being low staffed but they could be honest about the time frame and have transparent communication with their customers.

Customer service constantly hangs up. FedEx needs to take a serious look at how they threat those who pay for fedex services.

I had a refrigerator delivered that was damaged I repacked it up and it's been sitting here almost 3 weeks waiting to be picked up for return. I received a phone call two days ago didn't quite make sense, about a Midwest Sales and Service which I don't know who they are? And about a pickup for Pasco. Well I'm originally from Washington so I know where Pasco is, but I no longer live in the State, so pretty much assumed it was a wrong number. Found out it wasn't, it was actually FedEx Freight but they never said that, on the phone. Today from this specific FedEx Freight, received the call from Jordan. Rude on the phone, and the message was just downright unprofessional. Informing me my pickup was to be canceled, as they had been calling me over four times...Really?? But the problem is, they hadn't... First off!!! don't lie to the customer, they know if you've called them especially when you call a cell phone, it keeps record. The first time they didn't even say FedEx, so it sounded like somebody made a wrong call. Then called today, left message, I called back after receiving. Now have to wait till Friday, for the refrigerator to be picked up. I do not care if FedEx is a third party freight company Jordan, which you made it point of letting me know that. The manufacturer has paid Fedex to pick up and return this damaged item... Rudeness and anger is never acceptable for a business employee, to a customer.
