Constantly just deliver packages to any unit associated with the same street address. To be honest they really dont care anymore as long as they're getting paid. Both the drivers and the company.

I had to ship two items back after a conference and the staff there were above and beyond helpful! First they helped tape up the package and then even found a perfect size bag to replace my torn one! Didn’t charge extra for it either. Truly appreciate them!

I had a great experience from Melody who helped me with figuring out the rushmypassport process. She even called me the next day to make sure she had answered all my questions. The rush my passport process was even quicker than I was told it would be and got everything back with in a week when I was thinking it would be 2-3 weeks. Everyone here was extremely helpful but have to give lots of credit to Melody because she was and is amazing. These are the ones to go to if you need anything from shipping and packaging to passport photos and I’m sure they do lots more.

Everyone working here is so helpful and knowledgeable. Their set up is super easy to use, and every time I’ve come in for printing I leave getting exactly what I need. Highly recommended. Thank you Perry!

I'm not tech savvy at all, and they always get everything just right. Everyone is friendly and so knowledgeable. They make all my returns a breeze, even when it's a large bulky item.

Tahren is an amazing and knowledgeable worker! Made my visit so much better. Handled phones and customers with personable cheer, and didn't let the rush dull his shine.
That is one of the best customer service interactions I've had in so long. Literally sat in the parking lot to write this review.

Worst possible customer service ever. Even the manager Perry just lies and gives the run around. It would be a miracle if anyone at FedEx ever did their job or took any accountability for their incompetence.

I had a package that was delivered a couple days early. I called the local number for this fed ex location and everyone on the phone was so nice, held my package until I arrived in town and it was there for me. I really appreciated them going above and beyond to make sure my package was not sent back before I arrived.

Had a couple of print orders submitted online with pick up at this location and they were all done how I expected, were on time (or even early) and the sales associates were very kind and friendly. I was worried about downtown parking, but they have a handful of their own parking spots right outside their building. Would recommend.
