Simply the best folks to work with. I was out of state for several months and had a package I ordered a year ago randomly get delivered. They worked with me to be able to have it picked up while I’m out of state. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

I had the best customer service here! Being out of town and organizing printing programs and table cards for my daughters wedding. Sue and Monique went above and beyond to help makes things look great!

Not a large customer but a consistent one. Went in today after trying several times to get a picture printed. Finally got it into a pdf format--MY fault. First off I had emailed it to the office as I often do with things I need printed. Got there they had NO record of receiving it. But I had a confirming email. Oh, "printandgo" so pulled up the code. Guy wasn't really interested in doing it to begin with. Just as I'm ready he turns off ALL the computer screens to "reboot". I stood there flabbergasted as to why?? he would do that when we were just going to print off my picture with NO explanation to shut them off! I asked him incredulously how long it would take to reboot. Without skipping a beat he said "I don't know". REALLY? Only customer standing there. Had already started to get this going and he shuts ALL the computers down? That's Damn poor customer service! Won't be going back there!

Charlie was amazing! He was SO helpful in answering all my questions about international shipping (it’s my first time) and made the process stress free and simple. He also was very personable and friendly, and genuine. I really appreciated his attention to detail and care with a few important packages I was shipping. Honestly, this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx/shipping center in general. I usually kind of dread doing these types of things but this experience makes me want to come back to this location for all future shipping needs. Thank you Charlie!!! Amazing employee!

Went In & the Chic Monique attitude stinks..If I didn't have a few weeks left on a project I was working on I would have took my business else where. I'm big on customer service especially when I have spent $159.50 & to get attitude sorry not sorry she definitely needs a new line of work because Customer Service is not her strong point!!

Send a couple documents I needed print copies of to them and they had them in my hand in 2 minutes time. As a local neighbor who stops in frequently for misc supplies, they will print 20 pages a day for free.

Was receiving an overnight delivery, not only were they a day late - once it actually arrived a signature was required and they did not even attempt to ring the doorbell or knock. So FED up with FedEx. Go with USPS.

always super friendly and helpful. They packaged up my item at no extra cost. All I had to do was seal the final package with tape that they provided.We’ve use the copy and print services. As well as having items enlarged and photos done here. I do believe you can even get business cards here.

The day I went there was only 1 person at the store (People called out, understandable). There was only myself and one other person in line, doing their own thing on the copiers. I was shipping an unframed painting, 3'x4'x3/4". I was informed they were out of shipping boxes for that size, but would cut a box down for it. They had a box that was designed to fit a TV, and it would fit the painting. I was told he could cut the box down to fit it better, and I was fine with that. I was a little surprised to find the shipping cost was just about $500, when the website had quoted under $200. However I told my friend I would ship this painting for them, so I did. When I mentioned to the artist how expensive shipping paintings were, they said they normally pay less than half of what I was charged. After working with FedEx's billing department, they informed me it was the extra 8" of width that did me in, the extra padding. All other sides of the box had less than 1" of padding, but the front and back had 4". The box was not cut down, and I was charged for the dimensions of the box for shipping, not the weight. FedEx Revenue department informed me had the box been cut down before shipping, my cost would have decreased significantly. Smaller packages and printing may be decent at this location, but from my experience I would not trust shipping large items that they package for you (This is from my one-time experience shipping at this location, whom I called in advance to see if they packed and shipped paintings, as other locations I had called did not).The package did arrive in good condition, and recipient reported they liked the painting.

Tried having a package sent here for delivery and it was rejected by the facility and returned to sender. Don’t have your store as an option to send packages to if you don’t know how to handle them
