Happy with the process. We called for an appointment to get the oil changed. We were able to get a same day appointment. We waited for the oil change, ended up being there for about 1.5 hours from arrival to departure. Probably would have just been an hour but there was an issue getting the screws out or the bottom of the car. Will go back again. People randomly stopped in to use the rest room, which I thought was generous.

Provide great basic level services. Limited seating, so try and plan a walk downtown or use rideshare.

I have had automotive service at firestone before. I went in for a brake check as my brakes were spongy in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma. I did not have an appointment but they let me leave the vehicle. They called me say the brake fluid needed to be replaced and that otherwise the brakes looked good. They replaced the brake fluid and the brakes were still spongy and probably worse. I returned the following day and they rebled the brakes and now it is back to normal. I really appreciated their courtesy and concern.I have another vehicle that i will be bringing in for a brake inspection soon.

I needed my new headlights adjusted and they were only able to adjust one side so I wasn’t charged the rate I was first quoted which I thought was extremely nice.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter's boyfriend. His car was towed to Firestone about a month ago. He filed an insurance claim and called them as soon as he received the insurance check to let them know that they could start working on his car. 4 days later, an employee of this shop called him to say that his car would be towed out of there because he had not let them know that they could begin the work. Wrong. He absolutely did. So, they started working on it late. My daughter and her boyfriend are students at WSU and they were planning to be home for winter break 5 days ago, because they were told the car would be finished by then. Well, it still isn't done as they are saying they're waiting for a part which still hasn't arrived. My daughter and her boyfriend are supposed to fly out of SeaTac to Texas in 2 days. They informed the shop of this but they basically were told "too bad". And they were also told "we don't want your car here either because it's taking up space"...wow. Very unprofessional. This shop claims to have a "Triple Promise Guarantee" and one of those promises is to have work done "at the right time". Well, this has gone beyond the "done right on time". So, their promises are not true at all. I've never seen a shop that truly could care less about its customers. My daughter and her boyfriend also are supposed to give a ride to 2 other students going home for Christmas break. So, now all 4 of these kids are being stuck at WSU, rather than being with their families, due to the incompetence of this shop. But, again, they don't care who they're inconveniencing. That has been made very clear.Thanks, Firestone for ruining the holiday plans of not only (1) person but (4) people ...all of which are great students who are responsible and who deserved to see their families for the holidays. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait forever and be treated poorly. They don't care one bit about their customers or the repercussions that they cause because of their inability to do work in a timely manner. Who knows now when the car will be ready......and we will be out over $800 for airline tickets thanks to this shop.Take your business elsewhere. Because you won't be satisfied here. Trust me on this. Read the other 1 star reviews. They should be reimbursing us for the airline tickets since they are the ones delaying this. Spokane is a big city and I'm sure that they could have located the part sooner than they did and gone to pick it up but instead, they are still waiting on it to be delivered. Hell, I could have gotten the part for them quicker myself and driven 300 miles to deliver it faster than this. Such b.s. !

It's understandable that they may be understaffed, but it is still no excuse for rudeness. First of all, keys and paperwork with personal information were just sitting on the counter with no one around. Then an employee finally walked in and started helping another customer who walked in after us.The other customer may have gotten their before us, temporarily stepped out, and walked back in, but at least acknowledge us with a "We will be right with you." or something, especially because we were waiting for quite some time.After saying something about it, we get a "Here's your keys and your paper. Have a nice day." and gave us the cold shoulder like he was officially done with us, so we grabbed our stuff and left.Looked at our sheet, and noticed that the "after" measurements were not all green. There were some notes, but could not decipher it. Should I be concerned? Is this Firestone's policy to let customers go without an explanation of the condition of their vehicle.Very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication at this Firestone location. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and their vehicle.

We brought my girlfriend's car in for an appointment we had for tire switch out they said it'll be ready by end of the day. She only has one car and we made sure when the appt was made to mention that. Came back late afternoon and was told the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. We were livid. When you say yes mean yes. That's just not good customer service. I did read one other review that mentioned that. Not cool at all

I had a tire changed here and they were fast, and efficient. Id recommend this Firestone joint to anyone looking to have work done on their car that this place can do. No complaints here.?

So I went in to pick up my vehicle today 11/1/23 about 3:30 and stood inside the lobby waiting for someone to help me. The guy sat right outside the window inside the shop doing paperwork. I waited 15 minutes before I was helped. REALLY??? If you don't take care of your customers they will go elsewhere. The other guy waiting inside said his appt was at 11 for tire swap out and they barely started working on it at 130 when he brought the 2nd vehicle cause they didn't have a bay available. He said when though he had an appt for 2 they overbooked appts and his vehicle would have to wait till tomorrow. What are appts for?

My original review was good for this place. But after they guy being in such a hurry to get back out on the service floor he wasn't even listening to what I was trying to tell him. So I went to pick up the vehicle and he never even mentioned the squealing issue with the brakes. I had to go back to the shop to ask him. Highly disappointed with the customer service here. My Lyft driver said his experience with them was terrible. I know I'm particular but I expect businesses to act like what I'm saying is important since that’s the only way to know what to look for.I also had appointment times twice and they said they weren’t sure if the car would be done that day after I went back so that bothers me appointment times mean you should have the car the same day in my opinion for simple tire swaps

Went in to have a flat repaired. They told me they couldn’t repair it because it was to close to sidewall of tire and the patch would hit where the tire hit the road and not hold. So he told me I needed to replace all 4 tires since it is an all wheel drive vehicle. So I decided to take it back to where I bought the tires Les Schwab and they took it in, I didn’t say anything except it was losing air 15 pounds overnight, and they fixed it and told me there was a nail in the tread of the tire. Shame on you Firestone for trying to take advantage of a woman!!

Got a flat and called in, they got me in same day and super fast. Staff is very very friendly and quick. Zach the service manager really helped me out.

Terrible service. I just had a question and waited for the person working there to be finished with his other customer. The person working there had a bad attitude and didn't want to help. He told me off and rolled his eyes. Seemed like he didnt want to be there. Poor guy. I just was looking for some help. I had to go elsewhere.
